7 Long waits, transfer to departments that don't answer.
This facility is only good if you have a simple medical problem. If any of their staff need to do more then put a file away they will drag their feet.
The worst clinic I've ever visited. They don't make you wait 3 to 4 hours at each appointment. The dentist, the only thing they care about is collecting co-payments.
They took to much time.the worse clinic and the personal as well.do not waste your time and money there the pace does not worth it

Horrible wait times! Over 4 hours to get 1 thing done. Staff was overall friendly.
Lately they have been giving very bad attention to patients, the receptionists are kind of annoying. I went to ask for my son's medical record and they gave me the wrong one. Then you make an appointment and they make you wait two hours, before it wasn't like that. I liked it a lot before because the staff was very friendly.
I am positive for covid I have strong symptoms and the medication Paxlovid is not sold to me without a prescription. I called the clinic at 8: 30 in the morning for a telephone consultation, they returned my call at 4: 30 pm to prescribe me syrup for the cough and Tylenol
(we all know that for that I don't need to pay for a consultation, let alone a recipe) I don't recommend it
