This apartment complex has got to be the most unprofessional and horrible complex I’ve ever lived in. Michelle and Monica are terrible management. They looked me in my face when I complained about mold and roaches and said I have to wait for them to contact the right people to deal with it. I took it up to corporate and they have yet to respond to me. I moved out of the apartment 2 months ago. On top of that when I first moved in Monica stated that the apartment was cleaned prior to me moving on her when I moved in the toilet had been used and there was dirty dishes along with paint all over. I was pressed for time and couldn’t pro long my move in date. I was told they would correct everything and a year later nothing was corrected. I took it up to the property manager Michelle and she giggled when I was explaining the story. The disrespect they showed was terrible. Ruben the Corporate Office supervisor did nothing as well. I found his name and left multiple messages and still nothing a year later. CASA DEL REY IS A TERRIBLE COMPLEX THATS RUN BY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE! Stay far away. GSF properties needs to be investigated for the way they treat there tenants. Due your homework and stay far away from this dump!

We had the worst experience ever. These people need to be audited. My uncle lived in one of the apartments manage by them, my uncle passed and they left the family in the streets without their luggage. These people are the worst people to rent from. They are unprofessional, disrespectful and wicked. My uncle rent by month was paid for and they waited when my family went to the grocery and change the locks of the apartment. Law Endorsement wS contacted but the emotional damage was already made. We were mourning our lost and was left in the streets. Those people need to be audited by the county and other people need to come forward who has experience similar or bad situations with them and take legal actions. The management of these apartments don't have no compassion to people that lost a loved one living in those my brother passed away two days ago and yesterday my sister was there trying to get his things out of the apartment and she went out to buy some stuff and when she came back they have changed the lock left her outside with all her clothes inside the apartment and no way to get in to get her belonging what kind of people to manage these apartment they don't have no compassion for other but it's a got upstairs that is looking out and what goes around comes around hate you guys in Fresno.

Let me describe just how terrible this complex is to live in. Management will never get anything done unless you say you are going to seek legal counsel. The two biggest problems I’ve had is my PG&E went to $800 which is ridiculous for an apartment complex and only because they didn’t repair it correctly and never put a new A. C.unit in either. We also had a mice problem for over 2 months and nothing has been done until one day we said we’re going to seek legal counsel and finally they said they can move forward with the correct measures. It’s ridiculous and I definitely will never recommend someone here or renew my lease.
