6Went in the the office since it's changed owner and what a differents and the manager is wonderful and the grounds are very kept up it truly does look like a bran new place keep up the good work
This community is making HUGE improvements. They paved the streets so there are no issue's with the road. New ownership is remodeling exterior homes so new residents are able to move in and there are even a few homes in this park with full remodels. Definitly worth a trip over to check it out!
The trailer park is looking nice with the new remodeled mobile homes. The manager is super nice and always walking around if you need anything.
Update
As you all know how much I contribute to Google on reviews for the public, I am updating my review for this location because I no longer feel as I previously felt. Since the manager/landlord/new owner is not the same people. These new people are very difficult to reach out to and never once return calls nor emails. They show 0 cares to repairing the residents homes but have remodeled many vacant mobile homes only to sell out. So where do us residents stand? Are our families not important? Only when that rent is due We are very important! I promise you, many stand with me on this! FYI, future residents of this "UNITED COMMUNITY"
The park is looking great, with all the new changes that management is doing
Nice place friendly helpful people if at some point I will have to move there I would do it with pleasure
