Casa Flores Mexican Restaurant

Just had lunch at Casa Flores Mexican Restaurant in lodi with my girlfriends. Received one lunch order with a black hair running across the lettuce and tomato. They replaced the order. Picked up the chips to move them.another black hair hanging off the basket! A man working there made some joke about someones shampoo.was not amused

I ordered to go and when I got home and opened my food container I wasn’t very happy the portion of food I got was not worth the money it barely filled. My cavity it was my first time going there and the reviews said it was the spot so good but even with the small portion I got it was not all that I will not be eating there again and don’t believe the hype on the food it’s not all that

The quality and quantity of food has gone down more n more. Theyre tacos have gotten very small with hardly anything in it, and theres hardly any rice n beans. I go all the way to the one on Hammer, their food is way better and plate is full and they charge less. I used to love this place. Very disappointed.

Disgusting food horrible service some of the employees this is their first job and they sure act like it pay attention this isn't high School stop laughing take your job more serious

This place, I’m sorry there is no other way to say it is garbage I wouldn’t eat here again if it was free

This place I’ve watched fluctuate with the seasons and changes in recent years. The food is always good, although post COVID they have washed out some of the authentic Mexican flavor for the more Americanized palate, still decent food. The service sadly leaves a lot of room for improvement, I always feel like I’m bothering or infringing on someone’s personal time and will have to ask several times for additional service. I will continue to be a patron to support local business. I just wished it left like home as it did years ago. I mean it’s in the name guys; “Casa” Flores. Or maybe drop Casa and just call it Flores.

Food was flavorless and cold. I've never left a review before but this is is quite literally the worst Mexican food I've ever had. We couldn't Finnish our plates. Service was below subpar. I'm writing this in the restaurant. The best thing on the plate was the obviously canned beans. I hate leaving a negative review but this was genuinely horrible and disappointing. Everything was bland and tasteless and the tortillas were undercooked. And I kid you not I counted I had 8 flecks of cheese on my plate. The pictures are very misleading.

My wife and I tried this location while waiting for our car to be worked on. The food was ok at best, I had enchiladas and a taco the enchiladas came drenched in this sauce that was over seasoned but not in a good way, taco meat was tough and cut way too big, the rice was good but the beans must have came out of the microwave one bite burned my mouth while my second bite was ice cold. I really hate leaving bad reviews, I always try to find some good in the places I go, in this case it was the service our server was very attentive and helpful.

Really good cheese enchiladas and delicious gravy on top! Good service. Updated interior is nice.

Great food have big party room’s recently re did the place staff is always nice it’s a great place

I get the same order ever time i come to town.last week chips came included.this week chips were an extra $3.50 and came with a side of attitude from the male at the counter.why give complimentary salsa with no chips? Just confused

Amazing food, full of wonderful flavor. You can get it spicy or mild and either way you will enjoy great flavor. I would have given 5 stars however if you are getting food to go it’s very hard to eat with a flimsy dollar store fork. I was not able to eat my lunch due to the horrible cheap utensils they provided. I was very disappointed with this.

Excellent, friendly service, great atmosphere, tasty food served nice and hot, and music with a chill vibe! Prices great for the amount of food served. Will def return!

We ordered 2 breakfast dishes with eggs in then. The food came out burnt. The beans had no flavor and the rice was different.

We went on a Saturday for an early lunch. This visit was a bit disappointing. The waitress was on the phone and barely acknowledged us when she was seating us and taking drink orders. Very rude. The food arrived timely but was disappointingly not hot and the plate was not hot either. They usually bring out the food with hot pads and warn you it's hot, not this time. This was very unusual for this restaurant. We're willing to give it another try. Fingers crossed it's improved next time, if my husband is brave enough to try it again.
