Bad experience very poor customers service didnt even get our food everyone that came after my family got there food wait over a hour after deciding to leave waitresses were very rude when I decided to call they didn't even want to let me speak to a manager I wouldn't recommend anybody to go to this restaurant

So I went into the restaurant craving a Concha Salad (Taco Salad). This is the first time I had been there since their move from Mooney. The place looks like any generic Mexican restaurant. The service was slow and nearly non existent. It took forever to place our order and even longer to get the food. I ordered chicken, got beef.another wait. Once I got my food, it was soggy.they need a salad spinner! I couldn't eat and get out of there fast enough!

This restaurant food was terrible I ordered chili verde and I got what was equivalent to gadro it was watery it did not even taste like Chile verde when I tried to complain to the manager they claim the owner they said he wasn't in and yet I'm looking right at the owner you would say he refused to refund me and yet they served me different plate which I took only to give to a homeless person. I don't recommend this place, this place on a scale 1 to 10 I would have said it's a three The Waitresses were very sweet very nice but yet there was an atmosphere where they didn't care how you thought as a customer I would not eat there again, it took forever to be served. Yet I still left a tip for the waitress who was new on the job.another time I ordered Chile verde it had curry sauce in it the owner said that's how the cook made it, in other words take it or leave it but u still have to pay for it.

I ordered fish tacos no cheese, it came with extra cheese and the fish was very salty. No more casa grande this was my second chance with you never again I was too tired to rske it back

Servers were friendly but food is bland. I ordered tacos and when I turn them at an angle water drips out of the meat. Tasted like it was cooked with a dish rag in the skillet. Wait time was long on a Sunday afternoon. Been there in the past and found bones in the asada meat. That's why I ordered tacos with ground beef. I will avoid this place in the future. Some people love this place, I do not.

Good tasting Carne Asada tacos, good Tamales as well, Chips were hot / fresh in a bag for us with good salsa just little spicy like it should be with chips:) I was impressed as I just did a walk-in tonight with no pre ordering. Its Friday night st patty's day, the place was fairly packed, I had never been there before, but one of the waitress's helped me order at the counter right away. The food maybe took 10-15 minutes to get, not bad for a busy Friday night.

Service is always good and their Chili Colorado best ive ever had and im very picky when it comes to mexican food not everyone's food is authentic this is bomb chili verde, mexican style breakfast and enchiladas both green and red are good too and chips n salsa always fresh

This is my go-to Mexican restaurant in Visalia. You must try their specialty the chili relleno.you will not be disappointed!

Building is very old, like it used to be a bar, not very inviting or clean. There was a hair in my granddaughter's food. Food was so so, nothing to write home about. The servers were very good, not going back.

I order the pancake combo w/eggs I got two yellowish pancakes I do not know what are they made of, never seen anything like these.

A little busy for Wednesday early afternoon. Had a bit of a wait but I didnt mind waiting because I know the food will be worth it. Like always the food was great and the service was as well. AWESOME place if you havent tried it your missing out on some great eats. The Chicken fajitas are AWESOME as well as the Steak fajitas mmmmmm yummy!

Very rude service they have a bunch of teen age girls working there who are not polite I ordered a carne asada burrito they gave me rice beans and meat I asked for veggies and they only asked to remake it without the even adding it I wouldn’t come here again

Food was not good shouldn’t even be considered Mexican and waiter didn’t even speak Spanish. Customer service was poor had to wait half an hour before we even got asked our drink order. Food took too long to arrive. They didn’t even have eggs when many of there many items included eggs what kind of restaurant does that? We had also ordered food without specific ingredients but they still came on the food. How hard is it to understand and take something off? As a customer we should have at least adequate service. How hard could it be to provide good customer service what ever happened to service with a smile? Food was also expensive and for what I can assure it is NOT worth your money please consider something else to eat.

Good food but a little slow in serving. If in a big hurry it won't work for you. If out with a friend for a leisurely lunch the food is worth the wait

The cooks put cheese on everything and the chicken is very dry. Service is amazing but the cooks are horrible. I loved going to this place but not anymore.

*EDIT TO ADD* it seems that many of the members who actually ate there had food poisoning from this location. Will be filing a complaint with the local health department.

I did not have high expectations coming into this restaurant, as it is in central California, but even then the restaurant was below even my no expectations. Understandably, we came as a huge group during a weekday. I did not expect quick service as they do have to tend to small groups that came after us. I was not expecting to wait over an hour for the WHOLE parties food. Trickling in dishes? Understandable. But the WHOLE party?

One of our members asked if they had spicier salsa (we were a large Hispanic party) and one of the workers said “depends on who makes it”. Red flag number 1: the quality of the food is NOT consistent. Red flag number 2 was the fact that we were never updated on when the dishes would be coming out. The final straw (for me personally) was the joke of the abondigas soup. It was literally meatballs swimming in broth. I laughed at the dish that was served in front of me; surely this was a prank?

Our servers tried their best to keep up with the large party, which to that I applaud their hospitality.

If you are of Caucasian descent, you will more than likely enjoy the food. HOWEVER, if you are of Hispanic descent, I strongly suggest finding another establishment to eat at. I am currently ordering food at the Little Caesars down the street; the quality of food here is an upgrade compared to Casa Grande.

Service was bad first server brought wrong drinks then we ordered salads and forgot to bring those till we told another Service We used to love going there more and more we're having second thoughts

Casa Grande has become a favorite place for us to eat when in Visalia. The staff is friendly and inviting. Food is served hot, fast and delicious. My only complaint, and it's really not a complaint, more of an observation is they need to reupholster their booth seats. They are ripped beyond repair. Although they have tried to tape them up, It takes away from the otherwise clean and inviting atmosphere that the restaurant has.

Love Spanish food and this is only second time here. So Good! Give it the most stars. Note: Guacamole is fresh avocado. Recommend mashing up and stirring before eating. Tortillas fresh and crispy. Salsa is slightly spicy. All perfect. I had the shred beef tacos. So good with adding salsa and glac. My whole body went crazy. Can't wait to eat at Casa Grande again. Will try new dish each time. Will let you know how it goes. Best place so far except home.
