Casa Royal Inn

I cannot express how amazing and comfortable this place is. I love the staff which is a family based business very prompt, and friendly people. Helped me and my daughter in every way possible to feel welcomed and appreciated. Wish I would have continued my stay but unfortunately my time was up. I highly recommend this place very family oriented.

This was the best hotel I found after staying in 5 other hotels in San Jose. My car was safe the staff is super nice.

I stayed in for an hour because the room I got was horrible the room I got had broken lamp with dirty toilet seats and bathroom with not cleaned and mopped and when k told the property that I want to change the room and room was so bad that too that had a smoking smell in it again toilet seat dirty omg it was a horrible 1 hr for me that ruined my vacation

The towels had some black stains on them, hard mattress was uncomfortable, pillows were also very hard like cement, when I walked into the bathroom it smelt like a drain or a sewer leak, the staff weren't very accommodating,

The carpet was super dirty with pieces of food around the corners in the room
Low water pressure from the sink,
Unfortunately I couldn't find something in this hotel that made me a little pleased. After a long drive and a late night check in, the minimum they could have done I felt was extend the offer for a late checkout but the representative was rude and hung up the phone on me telling me no.
Don't let the remodeled look of the rooms online fool you

The truth is that it was a very bad sleeping experience, the room had an unpleasant smell and we also found very disgusting things, like blood stains on the sheets and blankets. They don't take good care of you and in the rooms you don't know if you can contract diseases from other people you don't know. Do not go!

I don't know what kind of illness you can get here, the claim was made, the person is too unpleasant, disgusting.

It was horrible to say at the least. The walls are disgusting, there are holes in the blanket. Not to mention the white caca on the chair and blankets.

Great place to relax and stay. Rooms are clean and staff is very helpful. Peaceful and very quiet.

Wow hidden Jem, stayed woth my GF. All kinds of room with Fridge & Micro, love it, next to all restaurants Bar & downtown.
