Their customer servicr is trash. I spoke to Daniel on the phone and was very unprofessional. He kept cutting me off and has poor customer serivice. It was as if I was asking me to pay for my trip. I originally had a scheduled trip but was cancelled because of the pandemic. I informed him of that, and he followed by rudely saying "that was out of their control. " Obviously, ut was out of the reach of everyone, but i follwed to inform him i feel safe going now that we are fully vaccinated. He followed by once again rudely saying he will have his manager call me so he can handle me.they act like they are the ones who are paying out of their own pocket.

Every time we turned around we were harassed by employees wanting to hone us "freebies" to listen and buy into a time share.

This is a scam! They gave me an activation code and asked for a personal check/money order. Why not a digital payment that you can report as fraud? It's because this is a scam! They won't give any details on what hotel or where it's located. This is fraudulent business that should be shut down ASAP! Wish I could give them -5 stars

They have a call center that calls and pretends you had a previous vacation package. It is just a scam to do a time share. No bother calling back.

We had the worst experience through Casablanca. We got a voucher through Welks Resort for Disneyland tickets. They make you jump through so many hoops. You have to send in the voucher and money order (it cannot be done online) and it takes them 30 days to process it. Then, it takes another 60 days for them to book the date. After one whole month, they sent the voucher back to us, claiming we didn't send all of the money. We had sent all of the money and didn't want to deal with the hassle anymore so we just requested a refund. Their system is archaic, their customer service is rude and annoying, and they take forever to book a simple trip. Do not work with them. You will have such a headache before you even get any help from them.

I went to a timeshare/offer presentation in a hotel and I was offered this $150 stay and rebate certificate and a $50 gift card. I called casa blanca and they told me that I need to pay $70 dollar to book the hotel. After reading your reviews I want to thank you for your experiences. I wasted 2 hours in that meeting. I will not pay the $70 dollars to book this.

This is a big FRAUD, CHEATING, DECEITING, Please do not book any travel plans, Hotel accommodations, flight tickets and anything related to your travel plans please do yourself. This cheating company will take initial advances and will not respond at all after receiving the amount. This company spoils your travel plans and you end up wasting Money, Time and your valuable time on calling their office and without any reply they will simply hang up the phone and sometimes you waste 2-3 hours on the call and will get hang up by this company people. CHEATERS, they take your money and will not respond you. I could give them MINU ZERO or MINUS INFINITY If there is any in rating parameter. Please do not book anything from this agency. I have booked two trips but because of their worst itinerary I canceled it and one trip, for which they booked hotel room and I ended up paying $100.00 extra from my pocket. For that trip also I need to chase the customer service department for 3-4 weeks to get a hotel room booking details. CHEATING and fraud travel agency rip off your money. BECAREFUL WITH your money, once you pay just forget your plans. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND THE WORST EXPERIENCE.

This company is very suspicious and seems a bit scammy. Trying to reach them now about my refund. I will post more when I get someone to call me back. Haven't heard back from a round trip purchase deal either.

Another horrible travel company. I called and they had no availability except early part of December. Great for anyone without kids. Who dat? Wasted another $50.

So terrible.do not work with this company. We won a trip and we would get a three-night stay in the Dominican Republic + air travel. They had very specific details on what you had to do and when they would be reaching out to collect specific dates and booking and everything. I constantly had to call requesting what to do and reminding them of the trip. When it came time after me calling 4 times to get ahold of the travel agent that was supposed to help me finalize the booking for the trip. Beth (who is not nice at all) who was the travel agent inform me that the flights available would have long layovers and would take over 18 hours to get to Dominican. We would only have a day and a half with two nights in Dominican and then an early flight out that was 27 plus arrows back home. Basically they promised us three nights day plus airfare but could not give us a flight that would get us there in time to have a three-night stay. Very shady company and they definitely seem to take advantage of people once again do not work with this company in any way shape or form.

I am not sure how your experience has been with Casablanca Express but their story changes by the day and it sounds like a scam. I called them on Aug 17,2021 and the customer service person I spoke with said that I have options for my trip (two roundtrip tickets to Hawaii) - get a refund or travel. I chose to get a refund for $670 instead. He tells me that a check will be mailed to me and I take a reference #. I called Casablanca today to check the status of the check and a new story emerges that refund is actually $208 (money I gave them) but $0 for the two roundtrip to Hawaii. And also by the way you don't get to go on the trip. I gave them the reference # of the conversation and they're saying they never give out reference #, and also oh the fellow you spoke with no longer works for this company. I get transferred to speak with a supervisor (Karen) who now asks me why would I think they will refund me $670, and I said well, if I knew I would get only my $208 back, why would I not travel with my wife to Hawaii in such a stressful time of our universe. She said she will go pull conversation with IT and IT is not around today. I feel frustrated but I hope others don't go through this, which literally sounds like a scam.

Casablanca is unfortunately a scam. They upcharge you for "upgrades" which are necessary to travel with any sort of comfort.

For 2 months now a travel agent is supposed to call me to set up air flights for a vacation. Vacation is in 3 weeks and still no tickets for air flight and no phone call. But Casablanca waste no time cashing the check you send them.

We received this as a promotion but after reading all these negative reviews decided to stop payment on our deposit, $25, better than going through the hassle of not being satisfied after we chose a trip to Jamaica. How can this company still be in business?

They tricked me by saying that they would give me tickets to the parks in Orlando Florida, I paid a fee and there was never a date available, they instantly took the fee out of my bank account and now I want my money back and they only give me excuses to return it. I have waited about 6 months for my money to be returned and they still haven't sent it. I am very upset

This is a scam. I have paid a deposit to book a trip and the dates are coming up soon. There has been no contact to finalize the booking and it is impossible to contact them by phone or email. Every step of the process is geared towards getting more money out of you without actually providing a service. It is impossible to contact them and incredibly frustrating to not have vacation details finalized. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Avoid this company at all costs. They will rip you off and this company is a joke. I was promised a refund check by the end of July and it's almost the end of August and still no refund. I will be contacting the BBB soon. I was promised a 4 night all inclusive vacation to Dominican Republic and they said the flight was going to take 2 days. What a disappointment. Avoid this company as they will steal your money. All promises and no results. Please send me back my refund.

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE Got this certificate for travel to Orlando with airfare and theme park tickets registered is on 04/02/2021. Was told to pick 3 different departure dates. No availability between May and August. School started so we had to wait to travel. Called them yesterday about November thru January no availability. Asked about March of 2022 rep said they don't have dates that far in advance available. So decided to call back today just to see if I would get a different answer about March 2022. The rep says yes March 2022 is available but only March the 1st and 2nd was open to travel. I said out of the whole MONTH of March. I then asked her to send me my $340.00 back because a whole year to use it yet they make it difficult to do that KNOWING that so many things were still restricted due to covid too. This certificate from them is a JOKE they need to be SHUT DOWN.
