Used this company for our corporate move. Overall the process was fine. However, once we started to unpack all of our items, we notice that my wife’s purses were missing. Apparently there was a box that was labeled as women purses. This box did not make it from our original pickup to the final destination. We filed a claim with the company, they sent it to their insurance company. Now the insurance company is claiming we signed off that everything was delivered to us. And they are not going to address the fact that this company has a THIEF working for them. I would never use this company again. The representation of their insurance company is a direct reflection on Casey Moving. Rather then dealing with the issue of someone stealing our property, they are hiding behind a BINGO sign off card. We had over 500 boxes and they expect someone to stand their and count each box that comes off the truck. Isn’t that why you hire good moving company so it is worry free. Not on this case. Either way Buyer beware.
