Casey's Cupcakes

We recently stopped by Casey’s while at the Mission Inn. The cupcakes were good. The frosting was definitely a 5 star! Cake part was a little dry. Very cute store!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Casey's Cupcakes and I must say, it was absolutely divine! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the most welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The décor was beyond charming and I could not help but admire the beautifully displayed cupcakes. But what really made my experience amazing was the exceptional customer service provided by the lovely Karol.

Karol went above and beyond to help my Autistic son pick out a cupcake. As a parent, it can be incredibly challenging to navigate a new environment with a child who has sensory sensitivities and communication difficulties. But Karol was patient, kind and understanding. She took the time to listen to my son's likes and dislikes and made sure he got the perfect cupcake. Watching my son's face light up with pleasure when he took that first bite was priceless. I could not have been more grateful for Karol's kindness and attentiveness.

As for the cupcakes themselves, they were pretty Mediocre. The flavors were some what creative, it was hard to pick just one but each cupcake was kinda disappointing but the costumer service made up for it.

Love the decor, and setting, and of course the cupcakes! Me and my daughters make sure to visit every time we are in Downtown.

My daughter and I have been enjoying Casey's Cupcakes in Laguna and Irvine over the years. Now with Riverside as the only one around decided to make the drive to get cupcakes for my daughter's birthday because Casey's has always been her favorite. Was hesitant due to the reviews but took a chance.

Karol was so kind and helpful and helped me decide on flavors for the small gathering and packaged 1 for my daughter confetti cupcake separately. Then put them all in a very nice bag.

The cup cakes were absolutely delicious. My daughter was so thankful as it's been awhile since the stores in Laguna and Irvine have closed so she hasn't had Casey's in long while. The lemon and vanilla were also delicious. The Smore was adorable and no one wanted to eat it and ruin the little camp fire.

I highly recommend Casey's Cupcakes in Riverside great customer service, going rate for specialty cup cakes, and they are so moist and yummy.

For $6, I did not expect the cupcake to be three quarters frosting, one quarter cupcake. The 'flavor' of the cupcake is only in the frosting, because my chocolate cupcake was vanilla.

Honestly disappointed.it's such a big talk that I had just had to go. It's a cute little store but NO WHERE near the hype. It's all talk. Cupcakes are cute and a decent size but $6 for one cupcake and $3 a macaroon I had high expectations. It was so dry! And I truly came with an open mind and excitement to try it. I could have made better tasting cupcakes myself at home.

I have came to this location since 2007. I was VERY disappointed in the quality of the red velvet cupcakes I bought today. The bread was hard and dry. The frosting was stiff. These cupcakes look like were several days old and on top of that are expensive. Spent $20 for 3 cupcakes (normal size) and was not worth it. They are also sneaky, will charge you for the bag without telling you and the receipt only has the total not the individual prices. Customer service is also not that great, workers look annoyed your even coming into the store. I will NEVER come back to this place again!

Absolutely do not recommend going here! HORRIBLE Customer service by the cashier Karol. We came on Sunday April 16th. We ordered 2 blended drinks 1 Latte and 1 Mocha. Those have been the worst drinks i have ever tasted! They were literally warm. We also ordered 6 cupcakes which were OVERPRICED! They seemed as if they've been sitting out for a while! Tasted stale and very dry! Definitely not worth your money. Never going there again!

All I have to say is: Lemon Cupcake! Moist, not very sweet and absolutely fun experience. I loved their little boxes it comes in and the service is fast. BEST CUPCAKE I EVER ATE.

Maybe the owner should hire someone that would appreciate having a job rather than employee's that seem annoyed when you enter their shop and are not friendly or personable
Will not be returning to Casey's anytime soon

Would give less stars if I could Terrible customer service and below quality baked goods wouldn’t even share these products with a food bank do better Casey.

Came home to upside down cupcakes? Usually get red velvet but they were out today. Tried the cupcake of the month, too sweet.

We've been coming to Casey's since they opened. Disappointed in the slow service tonight. Yes, it's Festival of Lights, but it was only 5: 20PM when we got in line behind only 3 people. Took us 18 minutes to order. There's a sign outside that says cupcake shakes are $5.50, which is the only reason why I went in. When I got to the register to pay, I started my Apple Pay. The cashier stated they only accepted cash or physical card. Luckily I had 1 card with me and told the cashier they should get a sign because I would have been super annoyed that I waited in a super slow line and not been able to pay if I only had Apple Pay. She said they asked management and were declined on a sign. So ridiculous on management's part. She thanked me for my order and started helping another customer. I had to ask for my receipt.

Nowhere in line did I see a sign stating that they were charging $0.45 for a paper bag but I was charged that. The shake that is promoted outside on the sign was not $5.50- it was $6.75. When I let the girl who made my shake know that it didn't get charged as the $5.50, she only said prices went up. Yes, it's only $1.25 and $0.45 for a stupid bag, but it would be nice to know that their advertising is false especially since the store doesn't have any prices posted for the items.

We left the store with our shake and cupcake. The shake was so milky and not a shake consistency at all. It just tasted like milk and so runny. I didn't return to let them know because I wasn't about to wait in that line again. We won't return here as their cupcakes are mediocre and customer service isn't that great.

Girl behind the counter with reddish hair was rude. She notified us they don’t accept $50 bills. We said they should post a sign for future and she continued with attitude. Told us why and repeated we don’t accept $50s. Cupcakes were ok not as moist as I personally like.

Cupcakes are cute and good but not worth the price. I was charged $47 dollars for a dozen of mini cupcakes and a jumbo cupcake. I was first told the jumbo cost $10 and then later told it was actually $15! I didn’t know how big the jumbo would be since there is no prototype so I assumed it would be pretty big. It is actually slightly smaller than a COSTCO muffin! Not worth $15 and wish I was shown how big it would be and how much it would cost when I was making my order! The dozen of mini cupcakes was $32 and I was told it was going to be $24 when I was making the order. Why I didn’t like was that I was told an initial price when I ordered and charged something different later. Good cupcakes, but not worth the price.

Red velvet cupake was dry and tasted kinda old. Ice cream on top was subpar. Overall not worth the money

Cupcakes Have a gross after taste like toothpaste. Paid over five dollars for one of these nasty ones which must’ve been baked a week ago, didn’t taste fresh and it was thrown away after two bites. The cashier was watching me like a hawk when I was paying to make me tip. That place is way too expensive and If you don’t like an after taste of toothpaste then don’t go here

Decided to try the sugar-free vanilla coconut cupcake and it was delicious! Wish I lived closer to go again today.lol. I like how it's put in a cute little separate box. If in area I would recommend you come here for a bit of dessert heaven.
