Disappointed in my experience, the lady by the name of Sowmya is very rude and pressuring. Harassed me until I was ready to sell and didn’t stop harassing until I asked for a better offer then she quit texting me and calling me.

Quick easy and towing free, can’t guarantee you’ll get the best price for your car and the phone staff all be it friendly can be hard to understand their accent, but they will get rid of it and out of your hair. From start to finish check in my bank account in 48 hours.

Only issue was cashing the check it was wrote from bank of america and they didn't wanna cash it cause they said it wasn't in their system so I had to take it to check cashing place that charged me a ridiculous amount to cash it.
