Very friendly in person, but a horrible lack of communication. I was told multiple times before pick-up that they would call me an hour before. I even called to confirm. Nope.suddenly the impound lot called to say Cash4Cars was there (got no notice).

Then, I've been trying to get a response from them for weeks to confirm who I specifically list on the DMV transfer form, but nothing. Crickets. They asked me to write a good review and yet don't seem to care. I'm very disappointed.

Our daughters 2010 Mazda 3 was in an accident. Even though it was the other drivers fault it took a while to process the claim. Meanwhile our vehicle which was deemed to be totaled was left sitting in a tow yard collecting storage fees. That's where Cash For Cars stepped in and was able to purchase the vehicle at a very reasonable rate. They picked up the vehicle the very next day with a check in hand and provided friendly service throughout the whole process. Thanks again for everything!

The cash for cars was simple. The price was fair. The phone call took about 45 minutes. Then the dispatch called to schedule the pick up which was 2 days later. They called and met me issued my check and they towed the car away!

Easy, quick and fair. Was originally concerned with having to take photo of signed title prior to finalizing deal but I instead signed a copy and at pickup signed title officially. All contact with company was professional and courteous.

He went above and beyond to help get my car out of a parking spot that was blocked by two cars he pushed it out for me so it could be towed.
