Casitas Water Adventure reviews
16Expensive but worth it! What a fun place to visit for everyone, especially since they upgraded it. The water slides and playground is exciting (like the giant water bucket), and the lazy river is fun and relaxing. I'm very happy we made it here before it closes for the season.
We were just there on Saturday, our time was limited already from 10: 30-2pm
The water slides were shut off around 1: 00pm due to some ph balance going off charts, the restrooms were disgusting, long lines, little water coming out. They closed the bathrooms at 01: 45pm, this rude worker went in the restroom and shouted to all of us water will be shut off, while we were in the shower already…. I don’t understand why they didn’t tell us before we bought the tokens for the water that we will not be able to use them…. Lazy river was fun, not enough float tubes, the slides were fun, sucks they shut them off, i think over all this experience was a rip off
Perfect outing for a sunny day. My kiddo loves it and we spend a day in endless adventures. It's one of her favorite places.
Great family fun for kids under 10, in a beautiful location. The water temp is cool enough to be refreshing, but not cold. The water is pretty highly chlorinated, as you might expect. We had a wonderful time for our grand daughter's 6th birthday. Recommended.
Really great staff! Clean water park. Very fun and exciting new water structure. The lazy river is long and moves at a great pace with multiple entry points. One bummer is that there were no lockers when I went, bring a waterproof bag.
Amazing place for a family fun day. Lines at the water slides are long and takes a while to get in there. More recommended for family's with little ones like 2yr to 8 yrs. Teens tent to get "Bored". Really cute place. Go early shade areas under trees are the best ones.
Casitas Water Adventure and the same water there but they don't let you swim because that water is filtered to drink but you can go for a walk or camp or cook roast meat with the family
I got 3 ticket on Line, 3/6pm we arrive there they open very slowly at 3,5pm there wasn’t ombrella and just few chairs! We left this place is very bad!
I think overall a fun experience. My daughter ended up loving the lazy river and warmed up to the smaller slide area. A lot of bigger kids which made her hesitant. I do think the park should share that no food is allowed when you purchase tickets. I think having the staff better explain the reentry since I ended up throwing out some food. All in all we got lucky with not being too busy. Its smaller so get there early to ensure you get shade.
Very very fun and great for me and my family but wish there was activities and a big pool for the big ones and the big kids
This place has gone downhill. When I went growing up there were many more chairs and inter-tubes. If you look at the reviews from a couple years ago it shows pictures of the lazy River with all of the inter-tubes and many more chairs. I noticed behind the water playground behind a fence there was inter-tubes stacked and many chairs stacked away too! If you want to sit under the shade it’s going to run you $75, and didn’t used to cost anything. There was barely any seating for the amount of people there unless you pay 75 dollars. Some families brought their own. Many water features were turned off as well. This place is money hungry and I will not be back.
My kids loved it. 4yr and 6yr old. Small park, but perfect for their age. No food allow and only one food truck right outside park entrance. It is overpriced. I recommend taking your own food/snack and doing re-entry. Tables are available for you to eat.
Had a great time! We spent the most time on the lazy river but the slide structure is a lot of fun as well. Enough tubes to go around, only had to wait a few minutes for one to be available. Lifeguards are attentive & there are a lot of them so it feels safe. Be aware, they check bathing suits & shorts for any metal buttons or zippers which are not allowed when going down the slides. The only downside is no food or drinks allowed besides water so you have to go out side the water park to eat - they do have a food truck!
Unbelievable that you now can’t use their shades sun beds, that were free, without paying 75 bucks! Especially for handicapped people who can’t really sit on the hard floor in the sun. And that for steep 20 bucks a ticket! Last time going!
Overall experience 3/10 it was perfect weather but as it was my first time I didn’t know you couldn’t get a spot with shade without spending $75! Especially with little kids you kind of have to come up with something if you don’t want to get sunburnt in the 90 degree weather and you can’t really bring umbrellas. If you have kids under 5 this place really isn’t for you. And to top it all off as we went outside for lunch we saw about four school buses pull up. I get its summer, but maybe they should’ve gotten the park for themselves, since it was extremely crowded. I won’t be coming back here anytime soon I recommend the water park at Kimball Park way cheaper you get shaded areas with tables for no extra charge and it’s $10 for 3 years old and older! Love that at the kimball one they make you get out to clean and check for stuff in the water!
For $23 it was good fun for a few hours. There are 2 time slots for 3 hours each. No food is allowed inside so takes a bit of planning but overall a great experience the kids had lots of fun.
