Mr. Cassel is a very knowledgeable professional and knew exactly what the problem was with our system. He had the parts needed for the repair and had our home cooling again in less than an hour. I would highly recommend him to anyone for their heating and air needs.

On one of our hottest days, my AC which is about 20 yrs old broke down. This was on a Sunday and I called many HVAC companies to get a repair ASAP. The only company that could help me was Cassel Air conditioning and heating service. Don was on time and diagnosed the problem in minutes. He had the required parts on board his truck. He is very knowledgeable in HVAC systems and I plan on using his services when I replace my HVAC.

He is extremely knowledgeable and his pricing is very fair. If you don’t do business with Don you’ll both lose.

I called Don to ask him about my AC Unit and helped me troubleshoot it over the phone. It took 5 minutes and I didn't have to call anyone to come out. Other companies immediately told me "we don't do that, " and wanted to end the call immediately. Don's customer services is at another level. Highly recommend.

I was so pleased with the service we received from Don Cassel. I first called him on a Sunday and he came out on a 109 degree day. We did need a new unit because ours was 20 years old. He got everything in less than a week. He was on time, professional and did a much improved install compared to our previous system. There were no surprises and the cost was exactly what he quoted us even though he had to do some extra repair work. I highly recommend Cassel Air for honest, timely, neat and professional service!

I came across Donald and his company on Nextdoor app where a lot of people recommended his business. He was able to save a screwup that another company* (Company1) did in 5 minutes and that all over the phone!

So…my AC stopped working and tech from Company1 came out to replace a capacitor. After that my AC was working intermittently. After 2 follow ups they said the compressor is at the end of life and needs a replacement $$$$. I wanted a second opinion and after some research I called Donald (CasselAir) later that evening around 7pm.

My call went to his VM but he called me back in 10 min. I described him what’s going on, what has already been done and that AC is working here and there. We were on the phone for at least 20min. At the end he advised me to turn the AC off to avoid any potential damage and that he will stop by 1st thing next morning and take a look. Next morning he called me to confirm he is on his way. While waiting I did try to start AC and it was working/cooling. I called him back and we agreed that I will give him a call when AC starts acting again so he can actually see what’s going on.

Later that day, around 6PM, AC stopped working again (compressor didn’t want to start). I took a video and sent it to Donald. He called me right back and his first thought was something has to be wired wrong. Because I’m a little bit of DIY person I sent him pictures of how the Company1 wired the capacitor and picture of a circuit diagram from the AC. Based on my info he was able to troubleshoot it over the phone. He called me right back and confirmed that capacitor is wired wrong and told what to do. Indeed one wire has been connected wrong. After fixing it, AC fired up immediately and been working since.

I must admit there are still honest people in this trade and Donald from CasselAir is definitely one of them. He could easily overcharge me and sell who knows what but he didn’t. He took time, thought through it and troubleshoot.
I have 2 properties and his number will now be in my phone book for all my HVAC issues.

Don repaired an electrical problem with our semi-old combined AC and heating unit. As we talked through updating and splitting our upstairs and downstairs heating/cooling, he discovered completely disconnected ducts to some of the upstairs vents and repaired those. Honest broker, and fair prices. Recommend.

Don the man saved the day! He is knowledgeable figured out my problem sump wire heater issue even saw a rat chewed a little wire he put some electric tape. Don was so generous he even looked at my furnace and fixed my furnace electrical cleaner for free! Because I couldn't get the attachment on. Don even came out same day on a Saturday. Very honest man! I felt was really trying to save me money and said I didn't need a deep cleaning on my furnace. Don is a man you can trust! He is not out to take advantage of you! Very good man. Highly recommend

Don and Dan did a great job getting us a new Heat Pump to replace our old gas heater and new dual zone venting and controls. Much more efficient now and saving $100/month. Don was very responsive and easy to work with.

Really impressive with Don and his services. Came out same day for an issue with our condensation duct leaking, and had things repaired in a timely fashion. Was very professional and continued to follow up for days after the problem to make sure things were working properly. Will be using again in the future!

I had previously tried two big box hvac companies to to come out and fix a heater on one property and air conditioner on another property. To keep this story short. For each property they each made it a hassle scheduling for a quote with myself and tenants then try to sell you something in addition to the problem and then take weeks to coordinate another time which they may or may not show up which both companies rescheduled after all the hassle of coordination. I got frustrated and thank God I came by Don Castle's number.
