Excellent home inspection. I was not able to attend but I received very detailed photographs and videos of the house with a summary of each section. Based on the quality of the advice and picture and video evidence I can say that this home inspector is experienced and a professional.

I called Castle to schedule an inspection for later that week. As we we're talking I mentioned that our lender was moving quickly to appease the sellers request for a fast closing. Kevin Enos then said "Tell you what, I can be there tomorrow instead. "
How pleasantly shocking.
Kevin Enos arrived at the property 10 minutes early (or as my father would call it, on time) and did a thorough inspection while taking many pictures and telling me all that he had found. The surprisingly good, the bad and the ugly.
The detailed report was emailed to me quickly. Could not be happier with the service and report.
