Cherry and Emily didn't communicate directly with me besides a cc on an email after they made a mistake and I had to be the one to reach out. After closing they never paid the home warranty. I am yet to be reimbursed and have had to pay out of pocket. I communicated with them again and still no response. I don't recommend using them. Additionally I attempted to file a complaint to the bbb but was unable to find them.

Cherry and her team are unorganized, difficult to communicate with, and sent money to the wrong entity after closing. I would never recommend using this company for escrow services.
