Castleview Dental Care

I went here for years and had a great experience, until recently. Last year, I had my last visit with them before moving out of the area. Almost ten months after that routine appointment, I received a call from them telling me I owed money for my deep cleaning and fluoride treatment. I told them I have never had a deep cleaning, and I always decline the fluoride treatment. They insisted that I did have both treatments and that I owed them the money. I have excellent dental hygiene and I would certainly remember being told that I have gum disease and that I needed a deep cleaning-and I would absolutely remember being numbed for such a procedure, as I am needle-phobic. They told me they would email me the treatment plan that I supposedly signed, but of course they didn't do that because it doesn't exist. I don't know if this was a clerical error, or an intentional attempt to scam me, but either way I am pissed that they decided to harass me for payment for something that I never even had.

This is the best Dentist and Staff I have found in the eight years I have been here. Very professional, friendly and competent!

Today, I had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned at Castleview Dental. The hygienist was not only highly professional but also very friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

First let me start of by saying this place and their staff gave me the best experience. They listened to my concerns and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. My got my smile redone and I am beyond happy with my new teeth. They are the bomb! Thank you guys for giving me my confidence back.

I love CastleView Dental Care. Staff are very kind, helpful, and patient. Big shout out to Ashley, she was very helpful and addressed all my concerns, very appreciative of her. I would definitely recommend CastleView for a positive and comfortable dental experience.

Castleview Dental is awesome. My whole family has been coming since we moved here. My kids are now older and moving out and will miss them all. They were so nice and not money hungry and stuck through the treatment without asking for anything extra.

She is very professional, gentle with the patient and above all conscious of doing the best job possible. I could feel the difference immediately.
