I went for my oil change, and well, the service was very professional, correct, and in addition to the very friendly customer service from all the guys, I was lucky to be attended by 4 of them, very satisfied, I will definitely be back.

One of the best drive thru oil change places I have been to. Much better than jiffy lube or even oil changers. They even work on my giant Sprinter Van, a lot of drive thru oil changers don’t have the filter for my van but they always do.
The last time I brought my used car I just bought in for an oil change, I really appreciated they saw my oil looked brand new and recommend not changing the oil yet, a lot of places would either not notice that or just choose to take your money anyways, they choose to be honest over money, much respect for that. It turned out after talking to the previous owner the oil had been changed only 2 months and less than 200 miles before so they were right.
Last time, they did not have my air filter in stock, they were able to order it and have it there for me within an hour.
They have been able to take off oil filters than were put on way too tight by other amateurs and last time they were able to get my transmission bolt off they was totally rusted and stripped but they got it off and were able to flush my transmission and put a new drain plug.
They also don’t try to oversell you on a bunch of stuff like Jiffy Lube does which makes the experience way more cool. You also don’t have to get out of your car.
The manager is super friendly and accommodating and always recognizes me there. I trust them with my brand new car there over even taking it to the dealer.

Great, fast and easy service! They forgot to put the sticker on my windshield for the mileage and next appointment.

They were fast but they forgot to attach all the pins at the bottom of the car after the oil change. The bottom plastic part fell off on the freeway

The service personnel were friendly and quick with their work. Only thing that I was not real happy with was the price for the work I had done. Too expensive. Doubt I’ll be back for that price.

I took my Camry for an oil change on a Saturday morning. They opened on time and provided very good customer service. They are efficient, Informed me about my vehicle and even asked me about the inside Cabin filter. Replaced it for me. They are quick and friendly. Good job again!

My entire family and I have had our vehicle oil changes at Castrol’s for 30+ years now. They provide great quality work, they are efficient, and very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car’s routine checks and oil changes.

Had my f150 oil changed there. Told them I wanted the high mileage synthetic oil but I think they somehow put in a standard oil or something incorrect. In any case after my oil change my gas mileage changed from 17mpg to now 12mpg. Just don't trust the place even though Castrol oil is my favorite.

I got on the wrong foot with your employees there, it took them a while to acknowledge me, and I was the only one there. Evidently I was offered to get the same Extra-Attention package for my oil change. They did check my tire pressure, but they never checked any of the air filters. And although they “Checked Off” the checked all external and traffic lights, the lights were never checked. Since then I got stopped by CHP and given a Fix it Ticket for my Driver’s side brake light being out. I believe that had your employees conducted a thorough inspection, I would have known about my brake light not working so I could have had it resolved before being traffic stopped on the highway for it. I will NOT be going there again for oil service. Alejandro Serrano
