Catalin Marinescu, MD, FACOG

Dr, Marinescu is a great doctor, my sister recommended him for me.
However lately I’ve felt he didn’t have much time and he’s in a hurry and we drove one hour and waited more to be examined but for our surprise apparently the visit wasn’t necessary (since no test or ultra sounds were needed) so we expected at least to have more patience.
Probably it was just a busy day for him but as a first time mom, things can be overwhelming and all aspects of the visits should be calculated.

Other than this note we Love the staff and the follow up. Great team

If there’s one doctor and team I would trust my life to, it will definitely be Dr. Marinescu. He has been my doctor for more than 5 years.

I recently had a c-section and him and his team gave me the most amazing care. His clinic team has also been so attentive.

I want to thank you and the staff at Doctor care for taking such a great care of me when I was ill. I was dealing with really high level pain more than one year and visiting different doctors and specialists but unfortunately they were careless and not hearing me.

DO NOT USE - A HORRIBLE PERSON! I have the greatest respect for all medical professionals, and unfortunately have interacted with a lot of them over the years, Dr Marinescu is without doubt the most arrogant, self-absorbed, incompetent Dr I have ever met. The other Dr's at Hoag all privately state that there is no one else like him - a truly despicable human. There are a lot of amazing Dr's, use someone else!

Dr. Marinescu is a professional in his field, very polite and helpful. He showed us our baby’s heartbeat today. We were so happy with my husband. Everything was so great and we left doctor’s office in such a happy mood.

I do not recommend this doctor! He is very proud and thinks he is superior! He told me that I have an ovarian cyst and that was it, he just left me in the air, what does it mean, how dangerous is it, if it needs treatment or not, I just couldn't ask him much because he had a superior attitude and I couldn't communicate! He treats you very superficially and it seems that he is not very interested in your problem!

Very organized staff. I have never had to wait too long to see Dr. Marinescu. Nice staff and Dr. Marinescu is very kind and makes you feel at ease.

There will never be enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation for Dr Marinescu. After a year of being bounced around from 10 different doctors and in excruciating pain for too long he listened to my concerns, got to the bottom of the issues, and had me in for life changing surgery quickly. His offices are always clean, never over crowded or filled with long waits and his surgery expertise has changed my life. I’m so incredibly grateful for finding Dr Marinescu and his offices. I also was pleasantly impressed by the entire Hoag experience from pre op testing to hospital and recovery.

Dr Marinescu is amazing! He has been my doctor for the last 3 years. He brought my daughter to this world. We trust him so much! His staff is also amazing. So compentent and you can see how happy they are working with doctor Marinescu! He will be my doctor forever!

Dr. Marinescu is good! I had my yearly Pap smear and it was quick and painless. I always feel comfortable with him.

Dr. Marinescu and staff are great. They are always on time with appointments, have excellent communication with me as a patient, and extremely trustworthy and make me feel comfortable every time I am in the office

Dr. M is great! Super professional! I'm the of person who loves to crack jokes in these appointments because let's me real no one enjoys doing these things! Dr. M is great! Super kind, super friendly, laughed at a few of my wise cracks, and made what is normally very uncomfortable, comfortable!
