I won’t lie… when I saw the outside of the building I was a little skeptical but I was BLOWN AWAY. I had Esther as my masseuse and she made sure to ask me exactly what I was comfortable with, if I had any injuries or specific places I wanted her to focus on. She immediately found a huge knot where I always complain of pain and proceeded to work it until it was as loose as it has been in YEARS. She also asked if she could “stretch me” and I was like sure but I didn’t know what she really meant. But it was the best decision. Her stretching my legs and arms felt wonderful. Her techniques in general were ones I’ve never encountered but they were so effective. She even massaged behind my ears and my belly (which I wasn’t so sure about as a bigger girl) but then it felt so nice! Overall my expectations were exceeded at every turn and my only disappointment is that I live 7 hours away and won’t be able to make regular massages with Esther a part of my life. I wish she could train someone near me to do what she does.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Trecia today over the phone. I unfortunately had to cancel my spa reservation due to unforeseen circumstances but Trecia was very helpful and genuinely nice. I’ll definitely book in the future with this spa to due how welcome I felt speaking to her.

I came on 9/13 at 3pm.

The receptionist was incredibly rude and condescending. Will never come here again.

Loved this spot! Only minor downside was the tiny ants we found in our room, but overall it was definitely worth it.

Had a 60 minute massage with Esther and she was fabulous! Very soothing. Would definitely recommend and will come back soon!:)

I received an executive massage on the evening of April 21st, my birthday. It was a shocking experience that ended with my head being dropped on the table.

Before that, my back was massaged with one elbow on each side, the back of my legs shaken, and the entire front of my body ignored. The foot massage entailed my feet being lotioned, and the scalp massage was a several minute head scratch.

The music cut out halfway through and I heard people walking around. I was freezing and the heating pad on the table didn't work. The solution was to place hot towels in my hands which then turned cold after a few minutes.

The front of my body was never massaged because after my head was dropped during a neck stretch, the masseuse panicked, (after telling me to relax) and told me I didn't have to tip him.

I called and spoke with someone on the phone on the 22nd who said they'd be in touch with the manager and issue a refund.

I have not heard from anyone since then. Avoid this place at all costs.

Get your heads out of your behinds! If I call to book one of your most expensive packages you do customer service and if you're wise, upsell a little, not "refer to the website" or "book online". You lost my business even if the next place is $180 more.
I was excited for this experience until I wasn't.

Our first impression was that of a woman saying ‘“STOP! …Wait right there! ” We were startled thinking something was wrong? She then continued to not really great us as guest? So from the beginning it didn’t feel like a warm environment. The beds were not warmed.room was a little cold.and my Massuse had shaky hands? I don’t know if she was nervous or what but it never got better. She seemed to be lost in where and what she was doing to me? I’m the end the woman who didn’t great us, failed to ask how our massage was. We were left to deal/pay one of our actual Massuse.

I took my sister there for her birthday. Esther and Trey were amazing. I would highly recommend this place for all your sore muscles needs. They made us feel like a million bucks. Will return again with more family members. Thank you

We did the couples massage for 2 hours and they were fantastic. Barbara did a fantastic job on me and targeted the areas I really needed! Candace did an amazing job on my husband! She has heavy hands that helped get those blue collar man Knotts. The place isn't the nicest or fanciest, but fantastic job!

My husband and I visited Catalina Sea Spa for a couples massage on our honeymoon and were not disappointed. Our two therapists were very professional and gave us some of the best massages we’ve ever had. This is also a very well priced spa and were pleasantly surprised with what we got for what we paid! If you are looking for a spa experience with all the amenities (showers, sauna, steam room, etc.) then you should look elsewhere as they just have rooms for massages here. BUT if you are looking for a great massage then look no further! Would definitely come back!

We booked a massage for 4pm and they changed it to 5: 30pm at the last minute. When we tried to resolve their error, instead of apologizing for their mistake, they were super rude and accused us of being the ones to change the time. How is that even possible considering we don’t have access to their booking program?

They changed our appointment arbitrarily from 4: 00 PM to 5: 30 PM without notifying us until we were on our way to our 4: 00 PM appointment. Then they had the audacity to say that they didn’t change it. I have the text messages from them!

Amazing! Me and My wife just got a couples Massage and it was Amazing. Clean place, Great staff, very professional! Short walk from Atwater a Hotel.

Well, the masseuse might have some talent and basic knowledge of massage therapy. But she asked me about what areas I needed focus on and then avoided every area I mentioned. After the first 15 mins of absolute boredom and frustration I requested that she focused on my neck, she replied ‘well sir, you understand you were 15 mins late to your appointment? In the massage world that comes out of the massage time’. Um well first I’m paying 95$ for 30 mins, and secondly why is that your response to me asking you to do what I need done!? The massage didn’t really improve, masseuse has terrible communication with customers.
At the end, the staff didn’t quite understand how to charge my credit card. Apparently the system needed to be reset so after waiting 5 minutes I just handed them 110$ cash and said don’t worry about it. What a bad time. Don’t go here

My husband and I enjoyed a couples massage with Brittany & Cejae as our massage therapists. These therapists were very professional, maintained effective communication, and coverage. Highly Recommend the two hour couples massage or any that tailors ones needs. Especially after a long day of bike riding, shopping, and jet skiing. It truly is a great way to end the day. All in all, the experience and results were precious and equal to the monetary value set in place.
