Always a pleasure coming here. Staff is knowledgable and happy to help. My hearing aid crapped out and i was sure to let the clerk know. She was so sweet and above and beyond to make sure i was on the same page as her when she answered any of my questions. Thank you for making me feel included (she even asked how my day was. Nobody does that when you have a disability).

Jennifer was awesome. Didn’t try to suggest things I didn’t want, and let me get straight to the point. She even let me know which items just went out of stock before I even asked which saved me time and trouble.

Wow what a great find! The shop is beautiful and all the budtenders are super kind and helpful. The exact product I was looking for was actually on a bogo sale so I had to double my order:) on top of it my budtender hooked me up with a really cool vape pen so I am excited to try this new brand. This is def going to be one of my go to stores. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Walked into catalyst for the first time and had the pleasure of being helped by the best bud tender there. DAVID had the BEST customer service I’ve ever seen and made feel more than welcome purchasing my flower. He definitely deserves a huge raise or promotion! David recommended the best strains as well.
