Spammer central! This company has called my DNC list verified mobile phone DAILY for the last 3 weeks.

Week 1. Politley, I told one of the representatives that called me that I was not interested in their services and to remove me from their call list.

Week 2. I called into speak with the branch manager, I asked how he got my information and was told they buy leads from the credit bureaus of people that apply for a mortgage loan. I informed him that I requested to be taken off of their list, I had not sought the use of their services and they were in violation of spam calling the DNC list. He got snooty and said that they do scrub and I was incorrect about my registration on the DNC but he would remove me and calls would cease in 48 hours.

WEEK FREAKIN THREE. Daily calls still persist, complaint filed with the Federal Trade Commission for violation and possible suit.

This company wreaks of boiler room churn and burn, after this experience I find it odd that anyone would trust them with a complex financial transaction like a mortgage, approach with caution, eyes wide open.

These clowns spoof their phone numbers so they can't be blocked and can easily leave repeated unwanted calls, texts and emails. I asked them to stop contacting me but they are so desperate for $$$ that they just can't stop with the harassing calls. I reported them to the BBB AND FTC. If Catalyst can't find business legitimately then maybe they're doing something wrong, breaking the law, or both.

Stop texting, calling, and emailing me

Not sure how they got my information but they keep calling and texting me trying to solicit a heloc loan. Nobody should ever do a home loan with a company that tries to get business this way.

I had a loan in process with another mortgage company. Catalyst solicited me via phone. I gave them all the info and told them we were at the tail end of the process with another company. Catalyst did beat the other company by around $800 in loan cost on a $200K loan. They were to pay off our car and a credit card and was told that they title company would mail those two checks directly to the creditors. Finally our loan closed and a couple of days later we went on a three week trip. I checked my bank account and noticed the credit card debt was still outstanding. I called and was told the checks were mailed to me instead. I was upset because three weeks had gone by before I was home to receive the checks. In the meantime, interest on both the car and card pretty much evened out our wait. Plus. I haven't even had to make a payment yet and our loan was already sold to another company. I know this is common but all Catalyst does is solicit you, get your loan and move on. I should have stayed with Rocket. Oh well.

Awful experience. They totally Gaslight us into believing we were approved for a HELOC after 8 weeks of ‘reviews’. Sending us two confirmations of approval and then the week before we were going to have the funds available, they called late in the day to tell us we were denied. I am afraid now, that since I provided it so much of our personal information, that this company that may even be total scam. Terrible!

I was approached by Erica from this company. She contacted me explaining how they provide excellent servicing and the Best rates. We talked fora while she reviewed my credit rating (she said it was excellent) she asked the general questions after reviewing everything she said my APR would be around 5.25 with a monthly payment of $500.00 or $523.00 at most. Was directed to send required forms and documents. Did as instructed. The weekend past then we were into the middle of the next week. We had heard Nothing I continued to reach out several times (more than 8 times) left several voicemails. She never returned a single call.
From what I have heard and researched if this company can not deliver what they have promised they simply do not return your calls. With the APR being high we would have understood if the rate would have been a little higher we could have worked with them. But, because of the unprofessional manner in which this was handled I would only say Borrowers Beware when dealing with this company. They DO NOT Deliver. This is 100 percent true and factually correct.

Wonder if anyone will reach out to follow up.

This company won't stop calling my cell phone even though I have requested they stop on three occasions. They just keep calling and never leaving a message. I feel this is a scam, and I am forwarding a complaint and my call records to Consumer Affairs.
