Steak House Cattlemens reviews
18Our prime rib was cold and mostly fat. Ordered medium recieved rare. Mashed potatoes were cold. Very disappointing for the price.
The General Manager, David always gives us a warm welcome. He strives to be the best and does an excellent job! Thank you David!:)
Cattlemens is always good.never a bad choice.the server was great.she made us feel important as if we were her only table.she was very friendly and helpful with our questions.the only complaint, when we walked in with NO RESERVATIONS.really.the host needs to nicer about that.
Still great value for a good meal. The beans are a portuguese flavored ranch style beans, which I don't care for. Also, just a little concerned about them serving dishes with quarter size chips on the edges of the plates.both my wife and I had the chips. Not a good presentation for a main dish plate.
It was good. Had a 20 min wait without a reservation on a Friday night and sat in the bar which was fine. Staff friendly and took great care of us. I had the Ribeye which was a nice change from my usual filet mignon. Bloody Mary drink was very hot and spicey!
I order myself a ribeye came out perfect as for it medium rare, the baked potato was really good, but the only thing I didn't like was there chili beans I think they call them.
The food was great I always fill up on the bread with Artichoke dip and Tumbling onions. Yum! By the time I got my petite filet I was super full but the steak was done to perfection.
The service was absolutely fantastic. We had never visited before, but last night's experience will ensure we come back again. The food was excellent and came out at a reasonable time.
Food took forever, over cooked fries all stiff. Not expected a small punny bowl of beef chilli, ribs were alright jus needed more bbq sauce. Salad was pretty good and bread was too much dough. It'll have to be awhile to come back to cattleman's. Ain't gonna lie the chilli beef bowl was super good
Service was good great place to dine at, food was delicious, delicious fries but my steak was a little over cooked but still tasted great I'd definitely recommend it and would go back there if I was in the area again
It just so happened that this little bar was right next to a concert I was attending this past weekend. Great little bar to get your drink on before the concert starts.
Had a great time here! Sat in the bar area to watch the games. The waiting staff was good and timely. The food was great. Loved how the seasoned steaks allowed the natural beefy flavor to be the star, with a little char taste. I get that the times are different now, but I sure do miss the dollar beef ribs. They still serve the beef ribs, but you have to order an entree now, and the ribs are 3 bucks each now. Will be back for more in the future!
Im embarrassed to say I haven’t been here since I was old enough to buy my own dinner and that has been many years! Headed to Visalia and Hangry I made my husband pull off not sure we could get a table on a Friday night. So glad we did! Sat us quickly in the bar with with plenty of dinning space. Variety of choices for things other than beef. Everything we ordered was of good quality and a fair price. Please don’t change a thing! Great service too!
Stopped by Cattlemens on a Sunday at around 4pm. Wait time for a table was around 30 minutes, we ask if we can have a drink at the bar while we wait. We also mentioned we would like to be seated in the dining area. Stefan the bar tender made a perfect cosmo and poured a delicious blue moon. After 20 minutes we are greeted by the host and she seats us at the area, we kindly let her know we requested the dining area restaurant wasn't busy at the time. We wait another 10 minutes and are seated in the dining area. When the bread arrives it had mold. Bread was replaced with no issue. Our waiter T.was quick but in the manner where he would ask us a question while side stepping away. Loaded potatoe skins where good came out and the cheese was still hot bacon had a great crunch. Salad was good. My plate and utensils where removed at once. Made a request to a server that's wasn't T.about getting new utensils took them like 7 minutes as my prime rib just sat on the table. Food was delicious steak & lobster and prime rib delicious. Side of fries good crisp crunch. For dessert we ordered a carrot cake and a brownie, what was brought to us initially was a cookie and brownie mistake was fixed with no issue. Both dessert very rich.
Food was good service was great as well had a issue with our order They handled it very professionally and made it right Congratulations to the manager great team leader
The grilled salmon was extremely good and I would say that I just needed a bit more lemon with it. Staff were also very friendly.
Our server Dominic was amazing he catered to our every need. We were there for my nieces 18th birthday so our party was a little loud and picky. He was very patient and made sure our drinks were full and food came out piping hot. Thanks Dominic for excellent service
Had a reservation. Was hoping to sit in the bar area but instead I was seated in the freezer. It was as cold as a mother in-laws Love. Meal was good but the experience was not.
