Visiting San Diego from Texas and pleased to find the same level of hospitality I would get back home. Food was fresh and full of flavor! I will definitely be back to visit again soon! Staff was amazing!

Anika and Sam were awesome today! It was our first time going to a Cava and had heard great things. Sam made sure we had an awesome experience and was so patient with all of my questions!

The owner was absolutely amazing and super friendly. The staff was incredible and great hard workers

Where is the manager in this place? Employees are completly lost. They have no roles assigned. The same person who cooks is the same that do as a cashier. You can do much better guys

The speed of the service here is laughable. They legit will have 12 employees walking around and the line is not moving at all. Order online, they seem to care way more about online orders than the people in line. They seem to always be out of ingredients, so clearly a management issue, not the employees. The food is fantastic if you have the patience to wait 30 minutes before it’s even your turn to order.

Anika prepared my food in a timely manner and had the best customer service. She made my take out experience a 10/10. Will definitely be back to this location because of her! Thanks Anika!

Staff was amazing and very helpful. I came in at the very end of the night and they were so willing to help me out even though they were closing!

Feel bad for the kids working here. They dont get paid enough for the chaos at times when gettin bum rushed by all the yuppies and constantly running out of items. Its like Starbucks and In-N-Out combined

Don't bother trying to order pickup. I waited 45 mins for an order, and they got the order wrong, which I didn't realize until I started eating it back at work. Spent my whole lunch plus more waiting for the order so now I'm taking bites in between working and not even enjoying it bc there is no sauce. Probs won't be back unless I know I have an hour to kill. I recommend the La Jolla Cava if you can, never had a problem there.

The food is good but service subpar and unorganized. I placed an online order for 5p and had to wait 20 minutes for my food while I watched at least 6 walk-in costumers order and leave with food before me. When I arrived I checked in and was told there were two people ahead of me.and to top it all off our order was prepared incorrectly.

The foods good, but it’s the absolute worst service. I don’t expect food service workers to love their job (I mean I didn’t lol), but this is just sad. I don’t think they know how to be people. They literally keep you waiting there for no reason. Genuinely. Like 10 people could be behind the counter doing nothing and not a single one will think to help you. Anyway, recommend the food but maybe try a different location.
