Portions were CRAZYYY. Not in a good way smhh. I would model the La Jolla location for portion sizes and service. Food was good but portions were disappointing. Almost comical… do better.

The workers did an outstanding job, always going out of their way to make everyone’s experience and food the best it can be. Emily and Omeed were especially a huge help and excellent servers. We really enjoyed our experience!

DO NOT GO HERE! The most stingy and awful portion sizes. I ordered online and my bowls were not even halfway full. Absolutely ridiculous and the store would not answer the phone. Also gave me the wrong meat, I ordered chicken and they gave me lamb. I’m allergic to lamb. Paid $40 for the worst meal of my life.

Wait time can be a bit long, but I love this place! My bowls always taste fresh and unique. I do wish they had more employees working on the food line to help the lion move a bit faster.

Dependably good food. One of my favorite Greek spots to eat at. Service is always great too.

The food service was amazing. It was my first time and Ethan and Angelica helped through the process. Thank you

Fresh and healthy. Greek food meets chipotle method, lol.

Must try the lamb! Seasoned well, great flavor!

My husband and I'm will definitely be back.

The chipotle of Mediterranean food. It was good quality ingredients and the favor was up to par. The out door sitting is great especially around sunset.

The general manager needs to get this location under control. I went in at 5pm on a Thursday and the line to get food was 30 minutes long. The poor employees were overworked and understaffed. They were all in a rush and clearly couldn’t take breaks because it was so swamped. One employee took cash from a customer and then proceeded to touch my pita to wrap it up, so that got all the germs from the cash and change on my food. When I finally did get my food, the rice was hard as rocks, it was actually dangerous for me to chew on. The rest of the food inside my wrap was all mushy and old, I ended up tossing my meal. The napkin containers were empty, there was trash in the fork slots, the water dispenser was broken, the tables were all filthy, and the bathrooms were out of tissue.

Only positive was that the employees were nice despite how obviously overwhelmed they were. That was my first experience at Cava in which my food actually tasted so gross and the entire restaurant was in disarray. I usually love Cava a ton, but I just wasted $13 and an hour of my time in there. Probably gonna steer clear of this location.

Vegan chipotle.sticky table, limited meat selection, $2 falafel and taste like fake meat, white sauce is only thing tasty and it’s everything but healthy…

Their app to order to go is bad. It’ll show items are available then when you get your bowl half your ingredients are missing. I mean is that really fair that I pay $14 or so for something so incomplete? Recently it was just protein, lettuce, only 2 of 3 dips, garlic sauce and a small amount of tomato cucumber when I ordered about 5 other things.is that ethical for a business to do? Plus they don’t compensate you for whatever is missing. That’s why I only go here when the other restaurants are closed since they’re open later. But just so you know, they run out of a lot of things early (like 2 hours before closing) so it’s not even worth it for us alot of the time. It’d be nice if they planned better so they’d have most of not all the ingredients available.

They also need to reevaluate how they pack their pita to go. It gave me food poisoning because the top is left wide open and the top of the pita, in my case it might not be true for others, touched dirty surfaces around it. The pita usually sticks out the top and depending on who packed the order has even fallen out a few times. Maybe they can make the bag larger than the pita or train employees to seal it.

This used to be one of the better options not only because it tastes decent but because they used to have an excellent nutritional calculator so you knew your macros and could build a healthy meal from there. With the website redesign the nutrition calculator is now gone but I still needed it so I can watch my salt and fat intake. I won’t be coming here much anymore because now I don’t know what I’m eating and their food can be so salty. It just doesn’t make sense since their customers are probably more health conscious. They also aren’t as generous with ingredients as they used to be especially with salad and they mess up orders regularly. Prices have gone up quite a bit and they not only eliminated a topping or two (and coincidentally replaced them with high salt pickles) I used to love but also started up charging for some dips and spreads when they didn’t before. Their prices are now just a few dollars less for orders (at least what I get and I change it up) than a sit down restaurant so going to a nicer restaurant might be a better value in some cases. The last few visits the bowls looked sloppy with wilted vegetables. On the upside, the staff is good overall.

Food at this location is never ready if you order online or DoorDash. They always make you wait 20-30 just to do a bowl

So normally we dine in at this location but recently I did a pick up order and was super disappointed at the portion size. The amount of food you get for dine in is almost double what they give when you do pick up. The food and servers here are great but portions should remain the same whether it’s dine in, pick up or delivery

Can't say enough about Cava. We love it and have gone at least 3 times a week since we discovered it. It's also gotten to the point that we get multiple bowls so we have future meals. The bowls still eat well cold, you just want to toast up the pita.

My wife loves the "rite rice" and we both love all the veggies and fresh options. I love the roasted corn and pickled onions.
The harissa adds a nice spicy element and the feta is delicious and creamy.

Get the Skhug sauce which is parsley, jalapeno and creamy.
If you haven't tried Cava, you gotta! If you like chipotle, you'll like Cava since it's fresher and has more options.

First time for everything and must say it won't be the last. Great options and amazing flavors. Didn't know what to get so many options, but my bowl was soooo good and healthy. Love the drink options finally something different. Will definitely say one of my favorite new spots.

Got the lemon chicken, staff is so friendly and kind. Food was delicious, chill atmosphere. Couldn’t say enough good things.

They just need a better system for online ordering. I always have to time it just right if not I'm stuck there waiting for my bowl.
