Very impatient not customer friendly over the phone felt rushed to make a order. Annoyed when I tried to ask what kind of fillings where available or creams used. I will support my local Windsor and Healdsburg businesses

Friends and acquaintances have been regular customers but this was my first time getting cakes here. We ordered two different chocolate cakes for a recent birthday celebration, the mousse cake and the champagne cake. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Both were not only visually beautiful
but more importantly they were delicious - the cake layers were very tasty and satisfying - but the fillings and toppings really made these wonderful. Our guests were very impressed with both cakes - I'm happy my husband chose to order from Cavaliere's. We will be back.

I have been coming here for over 15 years and I think hands down it is the absolute best bakery in Sonoma County. I don't live too far from this bakery but if I lived any closer I would probly be there every day. Love supporting local businesses to

Just discovered this little bakery. Got morning pastries and couldn't have been more pleased. Loaded with flavor and plenty of good stuff.

Small pastry shop selling delicate pastries and confections. Their bear claw was delicate and delicious and the cream in their danish was spot on. Will be coming back to sample more.

Humble assortment of various delicious pastries, cakes and cookies. Yummy Taylor Lane coffee too. Will definitely be coming back!

Cavaliere's custom made us a Princess cake on short notice and it was fantastic. Can wait to try more of their treats!

The company I work for uses Cavalieres for all their needs and I can completely understand why. Their level of professionalism and quality of their baked items are truly in a league of their own. Everything is freshly made and orders are always done correctly. The taste is top quality too.
Yes it is in a tiny store in a very odd area of Santa Rosa but it's a hidden gem in my book

So disappointed in the Champagne cake I bought. I ordered it a few days in advance and I think it was one in the show case I saw when I ordered it. The frosting was hard and the cake did not seem very fresh. So dissatisfied! They use to make the best. It was pretty expensive too!

Sorry to say they are no longer the cake Bakery they used to be. I bought a cake for me for my birthday and a cake for my friend. My cake tasted like it was in a refrigerator with other food other food. Other than that it was bland and the roses were not even buttercream as I requested. My friends champagne cake was lopsided and I still don’t know how many layers it is but not what I expected.

They made or make a cake called a “beehive”, I think. Regardless, it is one of the best cakes I have ever tasted. WOW!

I called on Monday afternoon and got a telephone message saying they were closed even though the message said they were open Monday through Saturday. It was not a holiday. Then the message directed me to call their Windsor store and that number was no longer in service! Not a great way to run a business.

Delicious pastries. We've been looking for a good bakery for a while and this is the best we've had in Santa Rosa. The cakes look amazing but we haven't tried them yet

Oh my word, very good Italian Bakery.

Coffee cakes, muffins, biscotti, scones, wedding cakes, pecan rolls, and other items.

Services is sucks. Used to buy wedding cake here 19 years ago.
Long wait just to buy a cake. Only 1 person working there. He seems overwhelm with customers.
For decorating birthday cake, the decorator left.

Hands down the BEST bakery in Sonoma county. These quite possibly may be the best cakes on the entire planet.

We have gone twice to the bakery for their chiken pesto sandwish. Both times the food was great and the service was wonderful. We live locally and will return as often as possible.

This is one of my favorite bakeries in Santa Rosa. Their cinnamon walnut bread is fabulous. They have a nice variety of coffee rings. While I am not a fan of hot-cross buns, the people in my life that like them say that Cavaliere's makes delicious hot-cross buns. For me though, the best thing at Cavaliere's is their apple dumpling. It's basically apple pie filling in a puff-pastry shell with a sugar frosting drizzled on. It is my favorite pastry, bar none.
