This place is not nice at all, I toured this over price remodel building and was very disappointed. Every unit I saw had nasty uneven floors the carpet had lumps in it. The smell that these apartments had was the final decision. I expected more from MALIBU.

I toured Cavalleri apartments and really liked how spacious the rooms are, minimalist design, coupled with the fact that kitchen has top of the line appliances. This is a great community, it has a resort feel to with nice amenities. I had spoken to the leasing specialist on the phone and via email. While she was very nice and took time to show us several floor plans, l had a feeling that she may have thought we couldn’t afford it. I wanted to send security deposit towards an apartment that l hadn’t seen it. I don’t drive, so l went with someone. He is a Silicon Valley nerd, so he dresses like a typical geek.
