Cayucos Pharmacies

I got my HRT meds there for the first time. The lady at the register was very pleasant and the pharmacist was also very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The store is small and loaded with touristy fluffy trinkets, which i found a little offputting.

I'm super impressed with Cayucos Pharmacy. Thank you for your personalized service. My medications were sent someplace else, as UPS messed up big time. I was had a 1 day supply left. The friendly staff promised over-night delivery. I was so surprised when the doorbell rang, and there was Hannah with my prescription. I live in Santa Maria, so it was a major drive to deliver this. Thank you so much for your dedication & quality services. I don't believe CVS or any other big pharmacy has ever done that for me!

UPDATE: Greg reached out to me later in the afternoon and apologized for the scheduling mistake and informed me that the error was on the Myturn webside side. The appointments just popped up randomly and they had no control over it. He said he had gotten in contact with another pharmacy in atascadero that would be able to get me in that day. I really appreciate their follow up and admit I was a bit grumpy because I hadn't eaten yet. Cheers!

Very unprofessional. I made an appointment on Myturn to get my 2nd covid vaccine today at 12: 10. At around 11: 40 I get a call from them saying that they were confirming an appoibtment for tomorrow, and I corrected them and said it was for today. The response I got was "yeah, it shouldn't have let you do that, I'm going to have to move your appointment to Friday. " Great. It would have been nice if they had not offered any options on Myturn for days they weren't available. Now I drove 45 minutes, have to drive another 45 minutes BACK, and called out of work for nothing. Thanks for wasting my time because you couldn't organize your schedule.

This was my first time here. They were super clean and organized and had everything I needed! A very cute, fun shop to visit too!

I needed a gift during the time when all the stores were closed due to the virus, and Jennifer brought out a selection of gifts for me, a pair of gloves so I could open them and look at each one, then she went inside and rang up my purchase and gift-wrapped it beautifully. When she brought the gift back to me, she gave me a new very comfortable mask as well. I really appreciate the great customer service during a stressful time.

This is a great little pharmacy, because the pharmacist is so nice and helpful. It’s like the pharmacies when I was a kid, where they know you when you walk in the door. Staff is friendly.
