After a great deal of research and hand wringing I hired Coronado Construction to do a backyard remodel. I couldn’t be happier with that decision. Sergio and his team were incredible. They are meticulous craftspeople who really take great pride in their work which is evident in the final result. They deftly handled any last minute changes we wanted and their expertise was invaluable whenever my wife and I got a bit paralyzed with indecision over something we wanted to add/change. They also always showed up when they said they would which is so incredibly rare. In addition to the fantastic work, they are just delightful people in general. And now I will close out this review and return to lounging in my lovely, new back yard.

Project with smooth as expected with Coronado turning my garage into an ADU, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Sergio, the project manager, was amazing the entire process. Highly knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and ensured that everything ran smoothly. The team's craftsmanship and dedication were evident in the final product, and I now have a beautiful, functional ADU that exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend this company, especially with Sergio leading the way.

My goodness these guys are the best! (JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICS) I only work with the best that’s why I do non stop research and screening till I find the right team to do it! I had a big job for them which was to paint the whole exterior of our home, they showed us many different options but the elastomeric paint was just the right touch for a smooth finish! Sergio was awesome and is awesome, he got the job done in 4 days time! No mess whatsoever, gotta give credit when credit is due! 5 stars for you!

An amazing addition to the home! Been thinking about getting this done for the past year, but when I met Sergio randomly through a neighbor I knew he was the right guy to do it! We added a newly constructed pergola for the backyard to block out this California sun while entertaining our guest for day parties! 10/10 experience with them! Thank you

We wanted to do a renovation in our backyard and put in a new deck! Of course we went with Coronado Construction Company, we only trust them after they did our bathroom renovation for us about two years ago, we hired them about two weeks ago and the job was done in that time! Really grateful for the team!

I cant say enough good things about Coronado Construction Company! We had never had any kind of major home remodel done in the 40 years we have lived in our home. Needless to say, it was time! A search online led us to CCC! It was an exciting, pleasurable experience. Sergio is a perfectionist when it comes to his project. I am thrilled with our new open kitchen, dining, and living room! But, my absolute favorite is my new art studio! It is no less than fabulous! It was such an easy, fun experience, we are almost ready to move on to improving the rest of the house.

We hired CCC and their crew for a complete remodel of our bathroom. It was a complete gut and we could not be happier. They were so friendly and easy to work with. They has great design ideas too. They were able to give us everything we dreamed of and more. Their team was great too! They were very friendly, neat and absolutely meticulous with the work they do. They were also able to work around the fact that it was the only tub and shower in the house, not leaving us without one or the other through the entire process. These guys are truly talented! We are so impressed.

Sergio and his team are the absolutely best. They did such an amazing job fixing our rental house that was completed destroyed by our tenants (repaint walls and cabinets, replace carpet floor with laminate, fix sink leakage, toilet etc.). Sergio was so patient to work with us on the best option to achieve our goals within our budget without compromising on quality. Sergio was on top of the project and I was 100% comfortable with the team being there when I could not be. I received pictures along the way and was always called if there were any communication issues of what should be done. When the job was complete Sergio followed up with us multiple times to ensure there were no issues and make sure everything was 100 percent to our liking. We are extremely happy with the results. Coronado Construction has exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend them for your next remodel!

We’re undergoing a huge renovation to combine the kitchen and living to make a great room. We knew the success of this project started with the studs. We hired Sergio and his team for our framing and sheetrock. This included knocking down a load bearing wall between the two rooms to create an open plan, framing our laundry room, closing a window space, adding another window, creating a chimney wall for our tv and fireplace feature, and raising the floor to make one level. Coronado did amazing work! You can definitely see the 20+ years of experience when they go to work. They were very punctual and always ahead of schedule, efficient, and workmanship is impeccable and precise. We were highly satisfied. I really appreciated the suggestions that Sergio offered based off of his experience that we would never have thought of. From the very beginning he was always super quick to respond and very accommodating. He made us feel very comfortable. The pricing for the work was very competitive and reasonable. They really try to work with your budget. We highly recommend Sergio and his team and definitely look forward to using them in the future

I had an extremely tough job for Sergio. He has worked on my downstairs kitchen but now he was going to work on a Bathroom remodel in the attic, I know unheard of. It was a bit of a challenge for Sergio and his team but just as always, he delivers every time! The bathroom remodel went smoothly as can be, it’s great to know that I built this relationship with CCC because I feel so happy when I can recommend a construction business to my friends and family! Beyond thankful for their help.

It was a great pleasure to work with Sergio from Coronado construction and his team. They did an outstanding job on a partial bathroom renovation, kitchen faucet replacement and back yard landscaping work to include weed blockers and rocks. Sergio was very communicative throughout the renovations. His team was very professional and they completed the project on-time and on budget. Even when adjustments were needed to be made, he dealt with it fast and to my satisfaction. Sergio no doubt went above and beyond!

I reached out to Coronado Construction. After interviewing 3 contractors I understood I first need Intrior designer to guide me with the kitchen layout and materials selection. This company provides exactly what I needed for my Kitchen Remodel. I was very lucky meeting with the designers. They were professional and creative. They first help me to set up a budget and than to select and purchased all finish materials I was needed for my kitchen Remodel.the process was smooth. They remodel my kitchen in 4 weeks and took care of everything as their crew are very professional and responsive. Highly recommend for any home remodeling project. They are the real deal all in one stop. I’m very happy with my new kitchen.

Fun time working Coronado Construction, from start to finish working with this team is a breeze! I used to live in SF and we did minor renovations and there were so many headaches, but with Sergio and his team, man was I lucky. They helped us with design, colors, all that when it came to renovating our kitchen and everything in it. Highly recommend!

We had CCC refinish our kitchen recently, which covered new countertops, painting the cabinets, and installing a new sink, hood, and stovetop. Sergio was very responsive, and we were impressed with his work ethic. He saw things through fully and sent crews back out to address any follow ups that needed some more work. We are planning to use them again when we're ready for our bathroom remodel later this year.

Coronado Construction made my home beautiful! We renovated a kitchen, bathroom, and dining room in my 100-year-old house, completed over several months. Before the project, I met many contractors who were ready and able to renovate the space, but Sergio was the only one who offered design ideas that made the space feel special and custom. For example, he helped me pick the perfect tile for the bathroom. He covered a load-bearing beam with a creative curved ceiling. Of course, all of the practical things were taken care of, too - leveled floor, safe electrical, updated plumbing. They pulled this off beautifully, so I can only imagine what they can do for you. Wish I could give more than 5 stars to the Coronado construction team! Met with the project manager Sergio going over components/ details and what we planned to do for the outside remodel. We had a big project for them which included exterior painting, installation of an automatic gate to get in and out easily and a retaining wall (redwood fence). Sergio mentioned the material he was gonna use for the coating which was stucco did my research and yup it's gonna last forever! Amazed by how well the team works together and they were patient with me from start to finish, because I did want a few changes in the middle of the project and they made it happen for us.

Their work speaks for itself, (see pictures) we wanted to upgrade the style and ambiance of our backyard for the summer and just needed the right person to see the vision and execute. The team at Coronado construction company does it all, when you explain what you want for your home they are already coming up with ideas and the right way to input everything so there is no future problems you have to deal with. They even have a design team dedicated to working with your ideas. We got a beautiful redwood deck installed with lights that they had just finished earlier this week. It is beautiful seeing it from start to finish!

Beautifully designed project by Coronado! Sergio was an amazing help to bring our dirt patched backyard to life. It is vibrant and green and it’s straight out of a movie. They did all the designs for us when it came to the landscape and beautifully constructed ADU, that has all the amenities it needs for a proper back house for our family guest house. Big thank you to Sergio the project manager and his hard working team. I wouldn’t have had it done any other way.
