One star only because zero stars is not an option. Just had an operator yell at me because she misunderstood my situation that has been ongoing for months now. My patience is truly being tested over this. I did not deserve the horrible customer service I received.

Over six weeks, still haven’t received my birth certificate and no one will answer my e mails

Driving to downtown Sacramento, paying $3.50 for parking only to find out that the supposed office at 1501 Capital Ave has moved. I then called, waited on hold for 30 - 40 minutes only to have the person who finally took the call hang up on me!
Such a waste of my time and $!

This office consists of is a series of reps who seem to only want to forward your call to the next person. I have had a very frustrating series of reps who on hearing my question, immediately transfer my call with minimal explanation and not even giving me a chance to ask questions. They are quick to send me off to connect with the next extension which usually is just someone's voice mail. They do not have a customer service desk/office that you can go in person to apply or ask question so I am at the mercy of their phone tree and relying on these folks to respond to their voice mail messages.

I've never had a problem obtaining vital records from them.

Matai Apa - You're looking for Aide and Technician Certification. A CNA license is not a vital record.

Gene Broley - Next time, try some research before you drive 90 minutes and then blame someone else for your own oversight.

Use the internet for something more constructive than sour grapes, people.

I've been trying to get my CNA certificate and they're not helpful at all. No help at all
