Cecily’s pics are beautiful as anyone could see when viewing, BUT, the best part about hiring Cecily is her personality. She’s very easy to work with, laid back, personable and a joy just to have around. Wedding days are stressful no matter how relaxed and casual you are as a bride (my wedding was more casual than most, I’d say), and Cecily fit in perfectly with that vibe. She made me feel like I was having a good friend take our pictures as she melded so well with us. She’s very sweet, engaging and made the daunting task of taking lots of pics on my wedding day easy.

Cecily’s engaging & bubbly personality brought out the best in my family during the photoshoot…even my husband who hates having his picture taken enjoyed the session with her. Her photos were beautiful capturing the waves in Malibu. We wanted a family portrait with our fur baby against ocean waves in the background and Cecily delivered in grand fashion with her high resolution prints. Cecily really has a gift. I am not a local, I live in the Midwest and she made me feel right at home. I’ve never taken pictures professionally so I was a little uncomfortable and stiff and she really helped me learn how to loosen up a bit and what poses to try. I recommend her to anyone…even if you have never done anything like it before and obviously…look at her pics online or her Instagram! She’s obviously magical!?
