Very quiet neighborhood the neighbors are great Valerie and Kendall are great people however the owners of these apartments are very poor there’s so much repair needed not just that but there’s a lot of safety hazards and they still have not fix that there is wood with mold the cement stairs have lime debris mold which can cause diseases the apartments are falling apart and the owners don’t want to fix it shame on them I’m not scared to put my name out there I hope the owner read this shame on you buddy and you’re raising our rent 10% every year for three years it’s not right once again shame on the owners or whoever is in charge
