Parking is $15 per day and not convenient. Only one visitor allowed in a 24 hour period. The line to register as a guest can take you 15-20 minutes. They botched every part of our experience here. Our appointments were scheduled 6 days in a row instead of all on one day. Including a day where we had a radiology appointment at 7am and a consultation at 1: 30pm, so we had to leave and come back. The surgery didn't go as planned. The recovery took much longer than planned. The nurses line you are told to call goes unanswered. The case manager ignores your call. The dispatch manager/social worker never returned calls. We were notified the day of that we were getting discharged only because they wanted a credit card to cover the out of pocket transportation costs. I can't wait to be finished with this place. Try Kaiser instead.

I took my mom for bladder surgery at this hospital. When they saw my BMW they became concerned or hostile. The nurse was friendly. But when we were leaving the hospital the worker who took my mom to my car became openly hostile when he saw the "I love the old Latin Mass" bumper sticker on my BMW. I guess he though I was an anti-Semite or something, I don't know why he "changed" when he saw my beemer with the conservative Roman Catholic religious bumper sticker on it. He threw my mom at the car and left abruptly - he didn't even wait for me to get near her to assist her to get into the car. These people are dangerous they might harm a patient if they perceive them to be anti-semitic. I do not recommend you be a patient at this hospital if there is even a chance you might be perceived as anti-semitic. If you have no choice but to use their services, make sure you do not drive a BMW on the way there or back from there. Take a Toyota or Honda instead. Some of their employees seemed very friendly but others were totally unprofessional. Do not risk it - they might harm patients for political or religious reasons.

This is probably the best hospital in the whole world! Excellent service! Awesome nurses! World class doctors! However they need to clean their ducts. The air is not cleaned and I couldn't stop sneezing.

If you're picking someone up after the surgery, go to P3 which is next to the South Tower. Then don't park and tell the valet attendant that you're picking up. Then have the hospital staff bring down the patient in a wheelchair. This way you don't have to pay for the parking. Also the patient will be securely transferred to your car.

Everyone from beginning to end has been fabulous! Without exception, each employee seem to be happy and love their job. Every request and question we had were happily granted/ answered. The cafeteria has a great selection of food for each meal, lots of seating. There are charging stations in the waiting rooms, which were heavily used. Parking for south tower is pretty limited, but each day, we found a spot, and it wasnt super expensive. We are really impressed with everyone, but especially the floor our loved one was one was 7th Floor. Thank you to all who made our experience so fabulous!

Clean place, friendly and helpful staff, nurses and doctors.
Parking can be expensive but hey it's Beverly hills. There also may be street parking which is free if one were to visit in the evening hours after 7 pm.
