Celestino's New York Pizza, Oroville CA

They sent my order to the other side of town and I waited for over two hours for it. Now my family has no dinner and I have to find something else. I wouldn’t order delivery from here as they don’t seem to understand simple addresses. Find somewhere else. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Just gave this place a shot on 7/26/20. Better then Shakey's Pizza! Staff is awesome, very friendly n down to earth. Will be back!

Easily the best pizza in the county. The nicest staff. They even know how to make the crust like a proper Neapolitan style if you ask for thin crust.

After my first time trying their pizza I won't try their pizza again. I understand that the wait time was long and had no problem with that. My problem is that the crust was burnt and so hard my family and I could not eat the pizza.

Super disappointed my husband and I order from here when we want good pizza but not today today we got our food an hour after they said it would be delivered and 30min after I called and asked how much longer then when it finally got here opened it was expecting yummy deliciousness and bit into a cold calzone again super disappointed

Order pizza at 450 said 1 1/2 hr wait no biggie, at 615 called said pizza coming out of oven in 6 min was next for delivery at 645 called again pizza had been waiting on there counter for 45 min. Asked if you could not delivery why did you please call, manager put on phone and he talk to like a was trash! I understand this is a ruff time for everyone so get you head out of your _ _ _ and be kind. It was my birthday and my grandkids were starving. I will not do business with a company that treats people like THIS!

I love their bbq wings! Hands down the best I've ever had! Staff is chill and nice. Salads are good and their pasta is really good too. The only issue I have is its pricey but the manager isn't about customer satisfaction at all. Being in Customer service we go to the end to make sure our customers are happy and he could honestly care less. Other then him I enjoy going here with my family.

It was a mistake ordering delivery from celestinos. Terrible customer service and very long wait times. Ended up canceling my order.

Terrible service, the young teens were looking at their phones instead of cooking and they forgot that we ordered two calzones and only gave us one. When we confirmed with them that we had ordered two they became upset, burnt the second calzone and barely filled it with anything unlike the fist one which was perfect. This isn't like the one that was in Paradise. Will have to look elsewhere to find my Italian fix.

Loved this place until we found what looked like a public hair in a pizza. It was one of my favorite pizza places but I just don't know if I can go back.

Pizza was pretty good. The staff was not. No one greeted us, my wife said hi and didnt get one back. They only smiled at eachother.

Awesome pizza.fresh baked by the slice! First time trying this place after a board meeting and really enjoyed it.

This place rock's I mean is great nice new York style pizza pie. I would give it another star for the pint of beer. Cold beer and hot pie nice.

EXPENSIVE! Best pizza in town. I'd get it more often if it didn't cost so much. It's authentic. Real dough. Everything I have had here is spectacular.

Nasty spaghetti. Sauce was watery. It used to be good but something has changed. Even the taste of the whole thing was awful.

Ordered a pizza at 5: 30 PM on a Thursday afternoon. Was told it would be 1 1/2 hours. At 7 PM called back to ask what's taking so long? Was told they are 5 minutes away. At 8 PM called again and was told they will be there any second
It's now 8: 36 PM and still no pizza

Awesome food! Oroville location has super friendly staff, place is clean. The Chico location could use some cleaning. I went there one time and I could not get past the filth and turn around and walked out. Have never been back.

I made a order for delivery then am going to call after an hour and for them to tell me they can’t deliver it anymore. At a certain time but I just placed a whole order. Just laughing in background and thinking it’s funny. Am mad I waited for so long! This place is so not worth it. So immature the worths

All of their pizzas are good. It's a nice pizza spot. And they have many other items to choose from. It's always nice to eat inside
