This place is always busy. They're good though. They've always took care of me. And without feeling gouged. It's a friendly place to visit.

Took hours to finish after claiming it would be done at 3: 30 pm fixed the the small crack after hours of waiting in the car. I have permanent white spots on my screen that she said would go away after a few hours but its still there WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE!

I talked to Erica over the phone regarding my Samsung Galaxy S10+ in the morning. Without hesitation, she quoted me a great price for replacing the front screen and digitizer and have it back to me within a couple of hours. Whereas turn around for other cell repair service was a week before I would get it back with outrageous pricing.

Sure enough, Erica came through and I have my cellphone looking and working like new. Thank you Cell Spot!

Had a repair for a oneplus and a samsung s10+, it's cheaper than getting serviced from the companies and other nearby competing stores. Pro tip tho, bring cash because there's a 5% surcharge for credit and debit, they always forget to mention that and I got burned once. You might have to wait a while for their diagnostics tho, it takes between 1-4 days depending on how busy they are and for phone models that are less common, they have to order the screens ahead of time, so call ahead.

Best place to repair any product. Your welcomed by the owner most of the time. They do a satisfying job, if not.there is warranty until job corrected. Prices are reasonable. Most work done in a couple of hours. I'm always extremely satisfied. ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER

It's 15 minutes passed their posted opening hours. No signs of life. No answer on their phone. Very unprofessional.

Stay away from this place, very bad business ethics, they order wrong parts for your phone and very cheap after market products that's not original, plus you end up making so many trips to the location which is in a ghetto area and most of the times they're closed.
