I took in my s22 ultra. They struggled to repair a simple screen replacement. Once it was returned they never really sealed it back properly from the back. I paid full price and they just said to carry it like that. Very bad quality. So now I gotta find another place to fix that issue.

I took my iPad to get a screen repair. The first time the home button was so out of place that I couldn’t use it anymore. The second time everything seemed fine other than a weird residue on the home button but I noticed that my screen has dark spots showing up already. 100% not worth going even for the cheap price.

Poor customer service. They are rude I paid to get my iPhone fixed and they didn't fix it. I wanted my money back so they charged me for the labor took there parts off my phone then I got a refund and they didn't even put my phone back together right. Don't go here it's a rip off they are the worst techs. I recommend best buy.

I do not recommend. Me and my grandson went in to fix his phone, the worker said that he would find the problem and charge us on what the problem was. He said it would take him 1 hour and when we went he said 2 more hours. Then when he came back he said it was fixed. He charged my card 146$. We went home through an Uber and when my grandson tried turning it on he said it didn’t charge. He called the store and they said to come back. At this point we already spent 36$ on an Uber just to get there. When we came back to the store he said that it actually needed a battery which would be 45$ extra and not be able to fix it until Tuesday. We said no and went back home, I texted him about a refund and he said that he would have to charge 50$ for “labor” I told him that there was nothing to charge since he didn’t even fix the phone but he still wouldn’t budge. So when we went back to give him his parts that he put in he said we had to wait another 3 hours. When he finally put the old parts back on the phone i looked at the phone screen when I got home and noticed it wasn’t even on fully. I pressed on the screen and it made a clicking noise. He didn’t even put the screen on properly. I lost 50$ from the company would NOT recommend.

Worst experience they mess up my 13 pro max, I took it to fix the back and when they give it back to me, never turn on again and the back was lifting from all the frame not recommended bad business rude obnoxious people when you go back to claim

I need to get my phone repaired from the charging port on my Metro PCS by T-Mobile Phone but they could not order the Charging Port on my Android Metro PCS by T-Mobile Phone but could not help me. Maybe just Maybe for I Phones just maybe. I'm Pretty sure they could fix anything else on an Android phone but in my Situation the Charging Port was a total Flop

Horrible service, DO NOT GO HERE. I took my phone and they gave it back in pieces. Mind you this was a $300 phone talking about they could not repair it and that they know they did it but can’t do nothing about it.

I’ve had two different iPad shattered screens repaired here and the quality of the repairs and customer service was absolutely the best! I would definitely recommend them and I will for sure be using them again.
