I had a charging problem in my Sprint uninsured mobile device and was expecting a costly and long process of repair at the company's repair center.
I decided it's time to go privately and after research found this wonderful repair shop. The front guy, Mike, was very nice and inviting and was quickly figuring my problem. In no time he offered me a much more affordable repair that costs about less than a third price compare to Sprint repair and lasts only about 2 hours (unlike 2-3 business days over there).
I loved the welcoming and friendly attitude and got my phone back to me totally fixed!
I'm so happy with this store and will always relay on them with my mobile stuff!
I'd recommend them to anyone in need anytime!

Our Samsung's charging port wasn't working we went in there and the owner/operator greeted us. He was nice and polite and did a good job. He charges less than 100 to fix, i don't know if it's a fair price but it's convenient.

Fixed my screen on an iphone5 and they knocked $10 off bc I brought in two phones, one was another persons, I bought a case and received a 20% discount and a free screen cover bc it is December and they are the bomb! Everything was under $100 HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Within the 20 minutes I was there, I got my screen fixed, battery replaced, screen protector secured, and even got a free charger out of it!

I stumbled upon this place during a business trip. My phone battery was not holding a charge. Michael (the owner) was fast, diligent and incredibly personable. He discovered the root of my problem and fixed it completely. If you are in Santa Monica and in need of cell repair or battery replacement. There is no better.

My screen cracked and I was unable to use the top portion of the phone. Was going to go to the Apple store and found out the charge over $170 plus. Got out in less than 15 minutes with new screen, and protector for $130.00. Great service and friendly environment.

By far the best customer service in the cellular business. Michael the owner is truly hands-on in customer service. I had a couple issues before I went to him he fixed. As soon as you mention what you want to do or what the problem is he knows exactly how to fix it. Affordable and worth every penny I’ve been there.

Great, fast, and good price. Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable about the issue with my phone. As soon as he saw it, he knew what it was, my battery exploded!
They replaced the battery, they even showed me the damage one, charged my phone, and off I was with my very good phone.
They also have great music playing in the background, which makes the short wait even more pleasant.

Just got my iPhone 6s fixed here. Had a cracked screen. I got it replaced for $100 and they gave me a free glass protector. Everything works great, no complaints

I am very pleased with his service, as there have been times he could have taken advantage of me and charged me fees and extra for the extra service he gladly provided. After 30 mins of being ignored, I left and went to another shop that did the change for $100 in 5 minutes! Definitely not coming back here.
