These guys are great. They take care of the furnace/AC at my rental and I have zero worries. It's super easy to schedule things, and they work with me and the tenant flawlessly.

Ignacio came to my house today. Did a great job of informing me what the issues were and what needed to be done. It just needed a good cleaning. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and gave me as good idea of how my AC unit is aging. I paid for today’s service and the next service in the fall. Look forward to being a customer of theirs for a long time.

Brandon called for tell me he was on his way and arrived on time. He serviced our unit quickly, and educated me on the next steps since our unit is very old. I appreciated his work and knowledge. We will be using Cencal for our future repairs or new installation.

After having nothing but trouble with Honey's AC service I decided to call Cencal. They sent out a technician within an hour of me calling. Their technician Brandon was nothing less than spectacular! He was genuinely courteous and professional and made sure my AC was running strong before the three day labor day weekend. Kudos to Cencal and particularly Brandon for the excellent customer service and quality work!

Brandon was awesome, went out of his way to make sure the problem was solved. Poor guy came out to fix my problem in the evening after already home holding his baby. Dedicated! I gave him a couple opportunities to go home and come back another time, but he refused and said he wasn't leaving until the problem was fixed. Bo in the office also went above and beyond to make sure she got a technician to the house on a last minute, end of the day call. Fabulous experience all the way around! Well done

Our A/C went out and having small children with 95+ degree days is not a good thing. A friend of ours referred us to Cencal and they could not have been more helpful. The Lady on the phone got us a quick appointment and Technician Hector came out first thing in the morning and quickly repaired the unit then performed a maintenance on it.

A+ Service, Hector was awesome and explained everything and I felt they really cared!

I had to have a new system install and it was just by chance a coworker had recommended them. I had already had several bids but figured why not. I am glad I did.

Today Ignacio and Robert came to install a Nest Thermostat for me, we had it for 2 years and finally got around to it. They arrived at a timely manner and were extremely curtious, explained and helped set up the Nest. While they were here, I asked if they could also install my SkyBell Doorbell that we’ve had for 2 years also, without hesitation they said yes. They made the process so easy, made sure to help me with the Devices before they left. We also signed up for the Gold Membership, after the program being explained to me, it was a no Brainer! I would absolutely recommend CenCal. Couldn’t of had my items up and running without them. Great Job Guy’s!

Highly recommend this company, staff is very friendly and offers great and professional service. Our heater went out and after some research I decided to give Cencal a call for service. Ignacio was my tech and he was very friendly and explained everything to me about what he was doing, how my heater works, and services the company offers.
