If you are looking for kind, friendly professional place for your children and family to have a great experience about lab and hospital then this is not the place to bring your child. They’ll get scared. We went to get our child lab done here and it was our very first time going there for lab and had the worst experience ever. We were there first time so no idea where to go and where to start so we went to the main hospital entrance to ask for help and the guy who was there was very rude and unprofessional. We asked for directions and wasn’t giving a proper direction instead he started to yelling and my child was scared. We felt very uncomfortable but anyhow we did the registration and went out to the out patient lab and the lab lady was rude n unprofessional too. No hi no smile, it almost looks like she was having a quiet afternoon time and we came and she was not happy. Her attitude and energy was so uncomfortable to take in. I can truly feel that she wasn’t happy that we came. She seems very annoyed and I couldn’t understand why and what was our fault? Not happy with the job then leave someone else will do it but please don’t give innocent person a bad experience. Remember this that you have a job at this lab because patients come just think if no patients come or shows up then How are you going to pay your bill so you should not be annoyed by patients just be happy that patient comes that’s why you have the job. On top of that they didn’t have the proper necessities equipment that was needed for our child lab test. I was so shocked. The management needs to train their employees before they are set up for patients care especially needs extra training on how to treat children so they can have a good experience and not scared to go back because of your unprofessional rude stuff
