This is the worst place i ever been to. I had surgery in 2021 for lipo and bbl. The results were soo bad i paid around $8.5k for nothing. There was no changes in my body what so ever. I seen ppl get surgeries like that somewhere else and it is just perfect. I regret coming to this doctor. He talks like a robot saying the same thing over and over. I had came to do my surgery and they said its not necessary to get a covid test before surgery and that was during the pandemic. I go home after surgery and 2 days later i had covid. I was dealing with the pain from surgery and covid at the same time. Everytime i look at my body i hate it and im getting very depressed of what they did and all the money that went to waste. Also all the reviews they have are FAKE. He isnt a board certified plastic surgeon. Please be careful. I even troed to go back for a refund or if there is something else that can be settled. The doctor comes in says the same words that I will see changes in about a year. Than i schedule again and still nothing same blab blab. Please makesure you do your research before coming here.

I am so happy with my augmentation. I have debated having this surgery done for years, by doctor's all over the country and the moment I met with the Dr all of my hesitation melted away. I am so glad that I waited all of the years that I did, and chose who I did for the surgery to be done because I look amazing. I have always been very self conscious about my small breasts and I now have confidence that is through the roof. My incisions is almost invisible and recovery was easy. I can't recommend them enough.

So I recently stop losing weight. Even with workout and calories count my body just plateau. Nothing I did can make me lose my pouch. I reached out to Dr. Alavi office and spoke to Leslie -Patient Coordinator. Leslie have been very informative, communicative and helpful. My procedure date was scheduled before I knew it! Dr. Alavi is a perfectionist and that is the quality you'd want in this type of procedures!

I researched and saved for 2 years. I had 5 consultations. Dr. Alavi was my 5th, I knew the second I met him that he was the perfect fit to do my surgery. The office staff is professional and so so nice. I love my new body and I feel that he was very fair with his pricing. He understands it’s a huge thing to trust him with your life and finances and he doesn’t take it lightly. His experience is incredible, trust him, you won’t be disappointed.

This is my second breast augmentation with Dr. Alavi. He hit a homerun the first time, but he knocked it out of the park this time! I look at myself and can't believe how AMAZING my results are. I honestly think every women should have a pair of these. You can't put a price on something that gives you more confidence and a little extra pep in your step! In addition to his skill and expertise, Dr. Alavi's bedside manner is like none I've ever experienced. I admittedly had some unrealistic expectations which He kindly addressed, putting my mind at ease so that I could enjoy what has been one of my most favorite decisions!

The Center for Cosmetic Surgery is more than just a Rockstar surgeon. All of the staff are friendly and genuinely excited for their patients. And worry not if you are feeling nervous the day of your surgery, Carol Mann, the anesthesiologist, will put you on cloud nine with her upbeat energy and killer margarita.you have to experience it to know what I mean! 5 stars for Dr. Alavi and his team!

He is not a board certified plastic surgeon. Do your research, only get plastic surgery with a board certified surgeon.

I want to personally thank Dr. Alavi and his staff for the terrific care and amazing results that he gave me! I had a larger than life nose for all my life until last week! Dr. Alavi said that I would LOVE the way I look after the procedure, and I do! OMG! Thank you! My wife also had a great experience with her mommy makeover and now she's Summer Hot Girl ready!

Dr. Alavi and his staff are absolutely amazing! I felt comfortable and welcomed the second I walked in for my consultation. The whole process from the beginning to the end was great. I had other consultations elsewhere and the atmosphere was amazing not just him but the whole staff I’m thankful I chose to keep looking he was #5 out of 5 that I went to and I'm glad.

I’m so glad I chose to have my chin liposuction with Dr. Alavi. My double chin had been a reason for lacking self confidence for many years-despite being at a healthy weight.

I had consults with three different offices before I met Dr. Alavi. Although a very minor procedure, for me it was a huge deal. I didn’t want to feel unseen or sense the lack of acknowledgment I felt at other offices.

The process from check in to check out was professional, and there was a heartfelt, kind, and genuine energy in the office. I plan to have more done in the upcoming years, so this was very important to me. I wanted to meet a doctor I trusted and was actually able to meet in person pre-op.

They do not contact you back despite their website saying "we promise to contact you back within 24 hours" I have sent a consultation request and 2 emails and have not heard from them.
