I just finished my ACLS and PALS instructor training with Cindy and her team (Eileen and Cassie) this week and I am just blown away. The training is top notch, current, thorough, and cutting edge.all while adhering to AHA guidelines. The skills stations were AMAZING! I didn't want to leave ;). I'm excited to take what I've learned back to work with me to further enhance what we teach.
I love the feedback on the presentations we present. Their goal is to make competent instructors that desire to help people learn to save lives through CPR and other advanced courses.
The course was well organized with an agenda and breaks.
The class was filled with a wide variety of backgrounds which made the whole experience so much better.
The facility is clean and very welcoming. Hospitality was wonderful.

I can't wait to come back and send others to this facility for training and guidance.

Always a great experience and it gets better every time. I go to renew my instructor certification every 2 years and the experience is always great- the knowledge base, the practice and the camaraderie. Plus I always look forward to visiting Riverside every 2 years.

I took this class back in September and I never got around to reviewing it but I wanted to come on here and say it was definitely worth it! It was an evening class so everyone was tired but the class was engaging and fun. Definitely would recommend

Took the First Aid, CPR, and AED training. Both the online portions and the hands-on portions of the training provided plenty of review and practice that made the course much more interesting than similar courses I have previously taken at other places. The way the online modules were broken up helped to solidify the information presented. The in-person training teacher was welcoming, friendly, humorous and knowledgeable. Because of that, it seemed the hands-on portion of the class went very quickly! Highly recommend!

This company was a Godsend! You can sign up for a class at their location or schedule one if you have a group. If you have a large group, they’ll even come to you!
I had the pleasure of taking my ACLS class recently, and the instructor was kind, energetic, and informative! Taking this class really reinforced BLS concepts and added to my knowledge of cardiovascular emergency care (ACLS).

The owner and her team were a complete delight the entire time when coordinating the group classes. They had up to date equipment, the aesthetics of the office was absolutely beautiful, and they have this humongous tv that they use to show various rhythms, implement pacing and different cardiac emergency’s; which made recognizing/ reviewing dysrhythmias all the more engaging! If you’re still reading this, stop and CALL THEM TODAY!

Cindy and Eileen are great and provide an excellent learning experience. I highly recommend the Center for Healthcare Education for all of your training needs.

Cindy was very thorough in the hands on portion. She made sure I understand what I needed to do and had me practice until I felt comfortable.

I certified for my CPR class here and the staff is amazing! The owner goes out of her way to make sure everyone is satisfied. The center is very clean and everything is sanitized after used. My instructor was Diana and she was very entertaining during the course. I feel very confident after learning from a skilled instructor and will definitely renew here again!
