Gigantic store that has average prices. Poor selection on chicken feed.

Great place to get food and other pet supplies. All the staff is very friendly and helpful.

1 star based on the dog wash area alone. Rest of the store seemed standard as far as Centinela locations go.

We were excited to try this place out as we had good experiences at Centinela Redondo. Unfortunately, we found dirty dog wash stations, only one rubber mat for four dog wash stations. We asked if they had another and they said we have just one. They gave us three towels. Couldn't find a dog restraint anywhere in the back. Four dog drying machines but only one table. Water pressure was bad on all the devices. No hot or warm water at all. I saw another reviewer that said they brought this up to employees attention 11 months ago but seems nothing happened.

Go to Centinela Redondo where they give a dang. You get unlimited towels, everything you need is on a shelf organized, all the dog stalls have rubber mats, good water pressure and it gets hot.

Don't waste 17 DOLLARS on this place! What a shame. It's a nice big space. How about you charge 20 bucks and fix the equipment? I'd feel less robbed then.

Everything is over priced for one, some of the young people working there have no respect, no customer service and they have attitude. So after paying $200, they can't even give you 2 bags unless you buy them.

I had to hunt down to pay for the one item I did buy. Sales people in last aisle in store talking with each other. Anyone could pick up something and walk out with it.
