Want to say thanks to the employee at centinela hopital.i went in to get a duplicate for my covid vaccine card and rafael told me he would be able to get it for me in a couple of days.that he call me for sure by tuesday.he did keep me up dated.melba text me that it was resy she aslo offered to mail it in.i perfered to pick up.when i picked up they were both very friendly.want say thanks.keep up the good spirit

Great service, they even speak Spanish and are really nice. I had a slight inconvenience with my register and they helped me all the way through. Thank you so much!

Everyone was so nice and wonderful it wasn’t crowded they took me straight in for both of my vaccine doses.very professional i’m glad i got my vaccine here.parking wasn’t a problem at all.every single person from the time i walked in to the time i walked out was just wonderful i felt very safe and welcomed.i’d give them a 6 out of 5 stars if i could!

So fast, so nice, and so quick! Got my 1st and 2nd dose of the Covid vaccine here. Took no longer than 20 minutes for my 2nd dose. 1st dose takes a bit longer due to the paper work, but still very quick. Definetly a great spot to get vaccinated.

The staff were very quick and I didn’t even feel when they put in the shot. They were so kind the whole way, I’m glad I got the shot here with such amazing workers.

Very helpful and joyful staff. Everyone was very accommodating and they all knew what they were doing. Everyone was staying safe and the environment was very clean. Looking to get your shot, I recommend doing it here.

It is well worth the drive, the doctors are all amazing and will pray with you and your child, in some instances, before the surgery. There are too many great doctors to mention. May God continue to bless them and their familes so they can continue to save the lives of precious children.

Today I had a medical emergency. ALL the staff was wonderful & very thorough. I walked out with a much needed prescription for a life threatening medical condition that it would have taken my doctor to long to diagnose. & a better understanding of other medical conditions that I need to follow up with my physician. Throughout the years I have been to other emergency rooms including UCLA Santa Monica & it was o.k.
This one by far exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, attentive & didn't try to offer minimal care like some emergency rooms. They were quick to recognize the health issues & do the right tests.
& EVERYONE was KIND. You don't get that as much this days.

For anyone reading this. This hospital will kill your loved one. Please take them somewhere else. This hospital should be closed down. Everyone there is rude. You don’t really know what goes on in there. Take them to Torrance hospital if you have the chance to. If you live near the hospital it’s best if you take your loved one somewhere else because the ambulance will take them directly to Centinela. You’ll thank me later.

With the covid 19 restrictions this hospital has gotten worse! God forbid you go to the emergency room! Security is lazy and incompetent! No help at all trying to find loved ones, they sit in a tent and twiddle their thumbs playing on their cell phones. Heed this warning! If you can help it request to go somewhere else!

Kimesha Green is the best trainer. She trained me and she was very nice and understanding, she explained everything to me and she did it with a smile. She had no problem answering any of my questions and she’s very professional. I highly recommend her to any new employee

My opinion of this hospital is up and down. I had a ruptured cyst the first time and was given a shot of pain medicine and discharged. But the second time I had a ruptured cyst and bad bladder infection not only was I given ultrasounds I was also given morphine and Norco for the pain and did everything to keep me comfortable and keep the pain down. Very good. Then the last time I had what I thought was food poisoning was sent straight to the tent right away because my "symptoms" presented as possible covid (blame the EMTs mainly for this) but once I explained again that I go nowhere and 98% isolate and that I know it is food related, turns out the doctor thought food related as well and was given zofran and pepcid but then discharged where I proceeded to expel everything and passed out several times but was afraid to go back thinking they may just discharge me again, when I could save myself a wasted trip. So it's a love hate relationship with this hospital.

It's amazing how this hospital is run, I've been here so many times and today i broughtmyloved one she checked in over 5 hours ago andi am stressed out no body cares, the employees are like cattle without a shepherd
. It's gotten worse than ever. Somebody do something drastic so it can be heard
