Appointment for my son was at noon and we got here 15 mins before time. It is now 1 pm and he is just getting back only because I called and complained. Why have appointments if you dont keep them.

Had a comfortable experience here. The nurse was really nice and it didn’t take long at all. I read a book and relaxed and before I knew, it was over. Thanks Blood Bank

Harassing phone calls multiple times a day, even when you say you can't give blood multiple times for medical reasons.

I go here every few months to donate, and have never had a bad experience.

I have been to this location twice. Both visits, one of which was this morning ended up with me walking out. The door chimes when you walk in, but both times there was no one at the lobby desk. I waited 15 minutes, getting up and checking down the hall for some sight of anyone. I could hear employees talking in the back but no one ever came out front. This was 9: 30 am and they were not busy. A gentleman finished giving blood and went to the rest area and still no sign of life. I was disappointed that things had not changed since the last time I visited.

Great staff, only had a couple of bad sticks in the 20+ years I've been going here.
