The entire staff was cordial and professional. Dr Lee is a very nice man and I was thankful to have him as my physician for the endoscopy. 5 stars!

The experience was very positive. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. The doctor explained everything and discussed the results with my wife and I. The communication throughout the procedure with my wife was very good!

Loved all the staff except one of the front desk employees when you check in. She was kind of rude but I wasn’t going to let that bother me.

Everyone at the CCEC are kind, and takes great care of their patients that have procedures there. I've had several coloniscopies thru my life and I always am thankful for the staff who care for me thru it all.

Very courteous & respectful staff team. Only glitch was redundancy of filling forms out online & same exact thing sent via regular mail. It was not clear if you actually needed to do both and the hard copy paperwork didn’t really arrive in enough time for mailing it back. I had to physically drop it off at the office as no one got back to me as to whether or not that 2nd set was necessary.

The nurses and staff in the back were all so friendly, and had this comforting demeanor about them. They were fast and efficient. I was in and out in no time and I had 2 procedures done. The person that really stood out and in my opinion went above and beyond to explain everything to me and reassure me I was in great hands was the Anesthesiologist her name starts with a K she was amazing! I promise you will have an excellent experience here!

My EGD procedure went very smoothly and I was very well attended to by your wonderful staff the entire experience. I really appreciate and thank you for taking such good care of me from start to finish. Special thanks to the Anesthesiologist Chad who was able to start my IV painlessly after the nurse had been unable to do the same- twice, unfortunately. Not her fault because I am difficult to stick when I am dehydrated but thank you Chad, Dr Gulati and all of the very nice employees for making the procedure easy as possible. I will definitely be back in 3 months for my follow up procedure.
