Central California SPCA reviews
18 This is where I adopted my first dog 4 years ago. I found them through one of those online pet-finding aggregators. I was able to visit the husky I wanted and complete the paperwork within a short amount of time. The cost to adopt and fix the dog were all very fair as well.
The facilities were as clean as can be expected with the resources they have, and all the workers were absolutely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend supporting the shelter by purchasing from their store annex!
The Spca is a great place for low cost vaccines, spay/neuter and adoption! The Spca not only gives domestic animals a chance at a better life but also barnyard animals!
They were to shut down if you recall ages ago they lost funding by State. Was considered mini Auschwitz.
The staff is outstanding but the reason I gave it a 3 star well all those poor animals need a bigger facility
This is the best place to take your pets to see a Vet to get there shots the employee here are so nice great customer service. I needed to take my dogs for a rabies shot and this would be there first time at the Vets and it's was so quick and easy to schedule an appointment the girl who called me to schedule was very nice and helpful she managed to get both dogs on the same appointment time. They have the best customer service and when it advertised that they're prices are the best in town, it's true they are the best priced in town.
The ccspca is an amazing animal shelter.even if you aren’t looking to adopt right now they have events and affordable services for pet owners too, i was able to get my cat microchipped at one of the events and it was inexpensive and definitely worth it!
Had all puppies shots here and two males neutered here, they did a great job and my dogs healed with no problems at all. I will always bring my dogs/puppies here. Fast and affordable services. Thanks SPCA for taking such good care of my dogs/puppies
Not good don't take your pets here. A week after getting my cat fixed she died. She got FIB.she was healthy and fine before I took her in.so sad.
Way to expensive for a nueter or spay, ya'll should lower you're prices for seniors, fixed income 129.00 is way too much, and seniors they need their fur babies, that all they have, do better make it cheaper for them
Had to take my beautiful black house panther Trouble in to be cremated after ger unexpcted passing. The lady working the intake counter was wonderful and caring.
I was looking for a reasonably priced place to get a couple cats neutered. Most of the vets around town are charging $100 per animal. The CCSPCA has options down to $50 each.
The staff quite pleasant and helpful. They answered all my questions and were very kind with my cats. I feel this was a great choice. Scheduling can be a bit challenging as they are very busy.
I adopted my cat from the SPCA in February of 2022. Best decision of my life. Such a wonderful cat and a great addition to our family. SPCA is amazing!
I had an amazing experience at the SPCA! The staff was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about the animals in their care!
They do the best they can (under these current circumstances) for these poor abused, unwanted and/or neglected animals.
I wouldn't want their job, god bless them!
Great caring staff. The shelter is a lot cleaner than other shelters I've visited and the animals seem happier. I adopted a black cat.
Very nice personnel. Way overcrowded with animals. I adopted one dog. Wish I could take more.
Called multiple time for assistance on housing stray puppies I found on the side of the street never got anywhere since my call was so important I had spent almost half an hour waiting listening to how important my call is to get no where
