My son had his 2nd psych appt over the phone. No one called. I called the facility which takes at least 15 minutes for someone to answer. They said there was no appt ever made and my son couldn’t get in until another month. Explained he only had a couple pills left… was placed on hold and they hung up. Called back with no answer for about 25 minutes, left a VM. Called a third time.after 20 minutes the call was routed to some lady who took down my message and said they would call me after lunch. No one called! Literal patient abandonment. I filled a grievance and will not be continuing services. Go somewhere else!

It is really upsetting to know that they will allow a 6 year old to go without his medication even though that is harmful to do so. No one called back to resolve the issue even though they were supposed to.

I love this clinic i have been going here for 5 plus years and i love the staff and the doctors, very clean and very caring staff

100% recommend this medical facility. Friendly professional nurses and staff, thorough and knowledgeable. I had not been to a doctor for 10 years and was very anxious. From the first good morning all through to the end, I felt completely at ease and heard by the nurses and Dr Veronica. I didn’t wait long, received all the answers I was seeking and was included in picking what option of treatment works best for me.

The staff is nice, manager is always helpful and helps with past insurance problems I’ve had. Mumbi is always attentive with my visit does not rush me she cares for her patients.

For two years I have endured incompetence from the front desk staff. My three children and I go there often and having to put up with being overcharged on co-pays, problematic refunds, long waits to be seen even with appointment as they over schedule to make money, incompetence were even a fax for a school note doesn't happen, referrals are problematic, no replacements when doctors and nurses go on vacation. Have to wait for doctors to come back from vacation for referrals, prescription refills, and to be seen. It could take a month before an appointment and weeks before a prescription refill. No communication, incompetent, and unfriendly staff. Today, I had an appointment at 11: 15 am. I get a call one 45 minutes before my appointment stating, "just checked your health insurance and I just want to save you the drive because we do not take PPO anymore " so I ask, "I was in urgent care and made this appointment because I urgently need an ultrasound. How long have you known that you do not take PPO anymore? " She said, " since mid April " (today is May 6th) I said, "so you knew this when I called to make an appointment and you failed to let me know then? " Now I have to look for another primary care and have them refer me again to have an ultrasound. I have wasted my time and money for mediocre care. This time will research well and not gamble with my family and my well being. Horrible, horrible clinic!
