Such a great ER experience. Everyone was very friendly and attentive to our dog. Dr. Ochi is amazing, wish she could be our regular Vet, she was very helpful in explaining what was going on and all treatment options, allowing us to make an informed decision on treatment. Very highly recommended for any pet emergencies.

It was very nice, we were seen right away and everyone was very kind and friendly.
The service was great and the more money you have the better the service.
I'm sorry that I wasn't able to spend almost $3000 for my dog there.

Still in recovery from a house fire where I lost my husband and our son his papa also our parrot, hamster and mouse with everything else we owned. 100% total loss.
Being unemployed due to the plandemic makes life very difficult.
And the one we love so much is suffering because I'm poor?
this sucks!

Unfortunately, my 12 year old boy probably won’t have many more days. We were on the road when symptoms presented. The doctor and staff were kind and compassionate and loving to both Zipper and me. I appreciate the care given in this incredibly sad time.

I took my dog in for ER. The vet Jill was amazing! She went the extra mile to consult with me regarding a non ER matter in addition to handling the emergency. I was impressed with her willingness to explain the medical condition in detail and be up front about the procedure and cost. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone in need of ER treatment for their pet! They were priced reasonable for their services and I trusted them completely. They made an unpleasant experience less difficult…and I highly recommend them.

The issue with our dog could not be resolved without an extended stay in and we were leaving the next day so we declined their services. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the facility was good.

There's nothing more reassuring than knowing that there is a place to go, at any time of the day, to get treatment for a sick or injured pet. My dog, Barley, is a chocolate Labrador that has suffered from periodic seizures and I have had to run him to the pet hospital late in the evening on two different occasions. The professionals at Central Coast Pet Hospital took excellent care of my pet and made sure that I was well informed about his progress all along the way. I am deeply indebted to CCPH for the expert care that they have provided to Barley. They are the best!

I get their a business. But when they won't even give you time to come up with thousands to treat a severely injured animal. Then I suggest wait for your normal vet to open.

Our 8 year old male cat had a sudden onset of a bladder blockage and thank goodness we took him here. The staff immediately triaged him and came up with a treatment plan to battle this often fatal condition. Dr Couper and team were caring and supportive. We’re very grateful for their knowledge and quick response!

Despite being a walk-in and having other very sick patients ahead of us, waits weren’t much longer than regular vet office. Doctors and staff were very helpful, informative and compassionate. I brought my pet home with instructions and we are doing well now.

Dr. Ochi and EVERY SINGLE staff member here are a dream. I brought my dog here after he became stiff, vomited, and collapsed. Another ER told me this behavior was not unusual. My primary vet disagreed and recommended Central Coast Pet Hospital and Emergency. I am so grateful we took him there for his care. They were diligent about trying to identify the cause of the issue and promptly scheduled an appointment with an ultrasound specialist on the same day when more information was needed. My dog ended up staying overnight for treatment, and they successfully stabilized him, allowing us to take him home the next morning. Dr. Ochi and all the staff were warm, kind, professional, attentive, and truly caring. I really appreciated that they took the time to thoroughly explain what was happening every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about my experience there. I felt 100% comfortable leaving my dog overnight because I knew he would be well cared for. While I hope I never have a pet emergency again, I will always return to Central Coast Pet Hospital if needed. Thank you so much for saving my dog!

They were very quick to take in my puppy who experienced an accident. The staff there was excellent, they answered all of my questions and kept me updated every step of the way. I am forever grateful for the care they provided to my puppy!
