Whether it’s from service to sales. You go in this dealership and you can feel and smell the scam, yet you somehow fall for it. Dropped off my motorcycle for a crash estimate and it takes 2 hours I guess. Seriously? 2 hours to tell me what my motorcycle needs? $159 dollars to get diagnostic and didn’t receive a single piece of paper of what was wrong with my motorcycle before leaving the dealer. They kept it 2-3 weeks to tell me nothing but excuses and lies. I’d highly avoid this place and it absolutely sucks that this is the only Kawasaki dealership near me. Do not waste your hard earned money and priceless time and come here, trust me. Never coming back here again and I will be telling every person I know to avoid this lie hole.

Wow best experience. We had called around to get the best price and the small shops couldn't get to the price and the big shops play the used car salesman games. Not here. Super easy and friendly. We happened to be driving by for a weekend trip but I would drive up from socal anytime to get the best price without the used car salesman experience. They have our business from now on.

Don't buy any vehicles from this dealer. If there is something wrong with it they want to charge you to fix it.even thought I have an extended warranty. I now have a 60k side by side that I can't drive in 4 wheel drive.

Went in to purchase a bike today.ranging in the 20+k range. No one greeted us, sales people stayed in their offices trying to look busy. Looking for some accessories as well, to no avail. Place has no great stock, people who work there act like you're a burden on them. Will be going to SB Moto Sports for all my needs! They are well equipped in everything!

Without personally insulting anyone, I can categorically state that I will never use or purchase anything from this “Dealer” company again or refer business to them. Plan on lodging a detailed complaint with the B. A. R.

I am not familiar with the dealer portion only the maintenance portion.
A while back I had them replace a tire on my motocross bike. They have a policy that they do not disclose to you when you get anything repaired there, which is there is a 35 dollar a day holding fee once they finish the job.

Once I got my bike back home I noticed that the inner tube value nut was not even on and the valve was just floating around. Also they had not put my aluminum valve cap back on. I tightened the nut down and bought a new valve cap. I then noticed that they installed the right chain tensioner backwards (facing the wheel). Which makes sense because my chain was really low and off balance. You cant install a tire with the tensioner backwards.

I most likely will go to another dealership for repairs I cant do in my garage. I was being lazy and didn't want to deal with a rear tire replacement. I guess they were lazy too.

Great experience - Jethro helped me and my friend who was also in the market for a street bike out. Local business ran by individuals passionate about the industry.

Jethro Lies about out the door prices and they have terrible service for parts, dont answer phone calls either

We live almost 4 hours away and we were able to make a deal over the phone with Jethro. He was great to work with and we are very happy with our new Can Am!

Very happy with the process, Jethro took the time to go over the service and helped with getting the bike done in a timely manner. Over all great experience wasn't pushy at all I had went in about a month ago and wasn't ready to purchase, when I called back to see if the bike was still there and how to get process going he explained everything In a simple and easy to understand manner
