Rating should be negative. My storage unit was robbed. Owner Sally Peters let's a known felon that's done prison time for theft have free reign of the units. All my and my wife's clothes and jewelry were taken. Other people that have had units there claim theft as well. And yes my bill was paid. PLEASE PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND GO TO DERRELLS MINI STORAGE. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy
I had other options to place my furniture but the prices were outrageous there is no other piece that you could store your furniture at the rates big storage companies are outrageous this family-owned storage has reasonable prices and she also works with you big companies don't care I would rather help out small own companies
