I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Kim and Central OC. Our dog Appa needed life saving surgery in Oct 2021. His story went viral and received national attention before we found Dr. Kim. People from all over were reaching out to help. Dr. Kim and his team performed a partial lobectomy after Appa had suffered from a traumatic pneumothorax. We knew he was in great hands after receiving a referral and reading his reviews and background. The surgery couldn't be more perfect. Our local vet a year later had to do an Xray for a cough Appa had (unrelated) and said that he could see that Dr. Kim's surgery was done with perfection. All parts are working great and our Appa is thriving! We recently visited Dr. Kim and his staff (May 2023). They were so happy to see Appa. They took photos and gave big hugs. So grateful for this team! I would HIGHLY suggest taking your furry family members to Dr. Kim for your ER needs instead of any corporate company vets. They are truly top notch! Thank you Central OC!

Currently sitting in the parking lot as we speak at 9: 45PM and Yetz is the most kindest medical professional I’ve come across in some time. Extremely professional and extremely respectful of our dog Sirius. Praying the Dr.comes back with some good news but at the very least we know we are in good hands. We hope you all never have to come here and that your animals live long and healthy lives. God bless.

Geez! So much cheaper & staff members are nicer than the ER I went to in Fullerton! Definitely recommend coming to this place if your furbaby is in trouble - hope that never happen though

I had to take my cat here for urinary obstructions. He ending up getting a perineal urethrostomy surgery, which was done by Dr. Kim. My cat is now recovering very well and is happier than ever! This was such a scary experience for my cat and myself as well but the doctors and staff were all very knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful. I knew that he was in great hands here. His health and happiness mean the world to me so I’m beyond grateful to the doctors and staff for their hard work in taking great care of him during his stay.

Had good customer service, but not high quality medical care. They did see us quickly and helped relieve my dog’s pain. But they took X-rays of my dog that all have to be redone due to poor quality. Paid $500+

Rude people here. Never shop here. I saw a little girl crying because her kitty was dead.

I can’t believe the reviews are so good. They are still doing curbside… I talked with a few staffs both in person and over the phone, but everyone was rude to me. The staff ignored me for a long time and took other two people in before me even if they came later than me. I told her I was there earlier than them then she said she has to take emergency first (and wouldn’t consider my dog as emergency). My dog ended up getting surgery for her mammary mass, which cost $4000. I should’ve waited until Monday (it was Sunday) and taken her to our usual vet.
